Situated in Athens, this lovely condo for $1,078 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Located in a 1930’s neoclassical building, directly in front of the Temple of Olympian Zeus, this masterfully completely renovated residence is a superb choice for you next stay in Athens. Within 50 meters distance from the pedestrian walkway leading to all important Athenian main attractions, including the Acropolis Museum (3 min walk), the Acropolis area including Parthenon monument, theater of Dionysus, the ancient Roman agora and Adrian Library (5 min walk), as well as the Plaka area. The three bedrooms feature a large double bed each, and the fourth bedroom two single beds. All beds are equipped with American imported mattresses and furnished with high quality linens and pillows which provides to the guests an ultimate sleeping experience. In each bedroom exist a 40’ smart TV flat screen, individual stereo system with USB doors and separately ample closet space. The living room features two comfortable sofas and includes a 50’ smart TV HDMI 4k flat screen with surround sound system. Three bedrooms bedrooms share a magnificent view of the ancient temple of Zeus and Lycabbetus. The residence also features a fully equipped kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, teapot with free English tea, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is a separate service room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and space for luggage storage. The bathrooms are fully equipped with towels and amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels and two blow dryer. The bathroom amenities are provided by the well known Greek brand “Korres”. The dining room area can accommodate up to 10 visitors for a complete meal. The house is centrally heated during the winter months as well as individually air-conditioning units. This apartment is considered the perfect starting point for the visitors to reach all main attractions in the center of Athens without the need of public transportation. Our residence will immediately make you feel as local!

This is the perfect place to stay in Athens. Conveniently located in the heart of the city. The place was exactly as described on the website. Whenever we had any questions about booking, amenities, etc they were extremely prompt with the replies. They offered pick up from our cruise ship and delivered us to the airport timely when it was time to leave. Everyone could not have been nicer. We had a wonderful time and created long lasting memories. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

We absolutely loved the property and location. We were very impressed with the communication , answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner and arranged all our transportation needs. The driver was amazing, on time, courteous . They arranged guides and tours which were also fantastic. Excellent hosts.

From the communication with the management team to the check in process to the apartment itself nothing could have been any better. The hosts go out of the way to help you in every facet from airport transfer to restaurants and tours. The apartment is spacious, clean, very well located, and comfortable. Everything worked and we had no issues at all. They even helped prestock the fridge for us for a small fee. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit Athens.

Beds are very comfortable. Modern and convenient to the Acropolis! The team organized fantastic meals and specialized guided tours for our family of 7 ages 26 to 80. They also organized our airport transportation. The views are lovely. I would highly recommend this property for your Athens stay!

This property is in the heart of everything. We could walk to all major sites and attractions. We were surrounded by historical sites, entertainment, dining and shopping opportunities. While the building is old, the interior has clearly been redone and is very nicely appointed and spacious. We would stay here again (actually, we have a second booking next month at this place)

The apartment was central, stylish, and had lots of room. The owners made arrangements for pickup and also to take us to our Ferry to go to Mykonos. Very good service!

We loved this apartment! The host had arranged for transportation to and from the airport, and our driver was friendly (and a great driver). A manager met us at the apartment to check us in and answer any questions we might have. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The location is superb - within walking distance of most major sites, and close to wonderful shopping and restaurants. We left to go island hopping for a week, and will return to the apartment when we are finished - we are looking forward to it!

My family loved this apartment. Everyone had their own space but also comfortable living room for all to gather. Location is perfect. We walked everywhere, no need to use a taxi. Host was the best. Responded immediately to questions. BOOK THIS!

First of all, Bill and John properties were extremely responsive and helpful in the planning stages of our trip. All questions were answered in a timely manner. Usually within hours but never more than 1 business day.
Their property is a very clean, spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath apartment within easy walking distance of any of Athens ancient sites. The Plaka district is steps away. Metro access is also 100 meters away. They met us on check in day, and explained everything. We would not hesitate to rent from them again. I am not sure I would even look anywhere else. They would be my first choice.
The icing on the cake were the private day trip excursions that Bill and John arranged for us. They provided a car, driver and guide that picked the 3 of us up at the apartment door and returned us there at the end of the day. Constantinos (driver) and Dionysios (guide) worked well together and honestly it felt like 5 friends were seeing Greece together at our own pace and not a rigid, boring "box" tour. Their enthusiasm made the trips that much more enjoyable. Both of them are very skilled at what they do. Constantinos driving skill was demonstrated on the narrow unpaved roads. Dionysios was extremely knowledgeable and added sites we didn't know existed but fit perfectly to our interest. Outstanding service!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed and was close walking for almost everything we wanted to see. Our hosts coordinated many trips and travel for our group of six. I felt they cared personally that our experience was the best possible. Helping with transportation was a great help. We are a family of 6 adults and a 1-year old baby. Although we were only in Athens for a short time, we managed to get a great flavour of the city. The team at Bill & John developments were exceptional. They made the logistics of everything seamless. From picking us up at the airport to stocking our fridge with wine and beer for arrival they were great. They arranged for our tour guide of the city and then took us to our cruise ship. Everything was turnkey. The apartment was exactly as describe, beds were comfortable, and the linens were great. Highly recommend the apartment - great location.

Just competed a short stay with this property in Athens as we transitioned from Naxos back to the mainland before heading home. My Wife and I, our two adults children and my two adult sisters-in-law shared this modern flat. Property was lovely and very centrally located in Athens. All of the key sites (acropolis, syntagma square, plaka, monastiraki were a short walk away. Property management was very easy to deal with and arranged transportation to and from the airport easily and smoothly (thank you to Costas for driving our group both ways!!). Four bedroom, 3 bath apartment with a nice living room area served us well.......

We had a really lovely stay in Athens. The location of the property was fabulous for easy walkable touring. The apartment is very nice. It was perfect for three couples. Our hosts were really accommodating and quick to respond to our queries. They had arranged airport transport for us. Our taxi was there promptly. We were met at the apartment. It was all very easy and stress free.

Comfort and location
This is a well appointed and located apartment. Within a few hundred metres there are the start of a long string of restaurants and the edge of the plaka. The Acropolis museum is nearby as is one of the entrances to the Acropolis. A taxi stand is about 100 m from the front door.
The apartment is spacious and with all conveniences. There is a pleasant view to the temple of Zeus across the (busy) road. Highly recommended.

This apartment is the perfect place to call home while in Athens. The location is close to everything and it also has a gorgeous view! It is immaculately clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. You will have everything you need and be extremely comfortable while you are staying there. In the middle of everything you wamt to see in Athens. Walk to everything. Perfect! And my wife left all her stuff in safe and the team quickly helped and got it handled and off onnthe happy cruise we went!!!

Very nice apartment, great location and good service
The location is incredible. A very short walk to so many major attactions - Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, Metro station, Plaka neighborhood, National Garden, Olympic Stadium and the Agora.
One of my concerns about staying in an apartment is the abscence of the concierge/staff that is available at hotel to answer questions / help you. But the staff at Bill and John was very helpful in helping us checking in, arranging transportation to/from the airport, and arranging Covid tests prior to our return to the US. It made our stay logistically so easy.
Only negative comment is that listing shows a view of the Acripolis from the apartment when there was none, but you can go outside and see it.

The view of the Zeus temple was over the top.
The apt was very comfortable, well supplied, and well managed.
The management company was the most efficient that we have encountered over the years and the location could not have been better. We walked everywhere besides to the National Museum.
It was a truly wonderful experience.
