This place was honestly one of if not the most gorgeous place. It was large open family and dining area with beautiful floors. Their love for animals was touching being that I have service animals. Kathy was so awesome, she quickly answered any questions and myself being fromNew Jersey most of my life found the friendliness refreshing. Definitely will book again.

I really enjoyed this condo, it has a great location, 5 minutes from everything, and quite. Kathy was great! I had to change my reservation twice and she was extremely accommodating. Thank you! Will definitely be back

This place is adorable! Very spacious, neat and the owners are super responsive. I would recommend staying here to anyone. Perfect location in the middle of the hustle but so quiet and calm.

My family and I, including our dog, had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was everything g we needed and we couldn’t have been happier at how quiet and safe we felt there. It was such a bonus to be able to bring our medium sized dog, especially when so many rentals don’t allow anything over 25 lbs unfortunately. We are definitely keeping g this rental in mind for another trip!

Really nice, spacious, clean condo with a view of the pool and close to EVERYTHING! Short, easy drive to the boardwalk, and a straight shot to beach public access. Owners were very responsive to our questions while we were there. I highly recommend them and the condo.

This property was perfect for my family of 5. The location is very close to everything that there is to do in Myrtle Beach. The owner responds quickly to any questions or concerns. No waiting for a outside service to get back with you.

Pros - Great location, not far from the beach and Broadway at the Beach - Easy check in and check out - Great and easy communication with the property owner - Fully stocked kitchen appliances, cutlery, and dishes - The grounds are kept impeccably and security is visible most of the time. - screened porch that overlooked the pool was convenient to watch my daughter from. - wide sidewalk path right outside the property to walk dogs or get exercise. Grey area - Linens are not provided, remember to bring your own or use the local rental service. We opted to buy our own. - the walls are thin, I could hear the neighbors taking a shower, walking, and talking. It really didn’t bother me but might bother others - the home smelled like dog. We bought air freshener and since we had our Shih Tzu in this pet friendly rental, it was not a huge issue for us. -Motorcycles are not allowed on the property. Again, not an issue for us but maybe for others. Riders parked their bikes right outside of the property. CONS - the property was dirty. This is by far the greatest con that could exist for me. - the shower curtains in both bathrooms were visibly dirty with one having mold, the washer had dirt, dog hair, and sand around the lid and in it, the kitchen was probably wiped down quickly but not “someone is paying to stay here” clean. There was popcorn on the floor in the living room beneath the couch. The walls in the bathroom of the master bedroom had dust and long strands of hair on them. Hair was also in the bath mat. We immediately called the owner and she was accommodating and explained they are having problems finding a good cleaning company. I declined to have someone come in while we were there, I did not feel comfortable with that. After traveling 10 hours in a car with teenagers and a dog, I wanted to come in and put my feet up not have to clean behind previous occupants but clean we did. - The mattress in the master bedroom was 2 beds put together as one. It did not split apart on us but was not comfortable. We purchased a memory foam mattress topper to solve the problem. The home was nice but by far the lack of cleanliness affected my perception. That is why I gave 3 stars.

I loved this condo. It was perfect for our 3 person family. It’s close to Broadway at the Beach and Ocean Ave. I will be staying here again. It has a lot of space and is good for 3-4 people.

Very easy to rent. Had wonderful time in this great condo. Loved that it was pet-friendly. Very close to all activities. Would definitely rent again.

We had a great vacation at this cute and comfortable end unit condo. The condo was just right for my husband and me along with our two small dogs to get away. The community is pet friendly and that was a plus since it was our first time taking our dogs on a vacation. The screened in porch overlooking the pool was wonderful too. Kathy is so nice and easy to work with and responded to all of my questions timely. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have some quiet time away and take their dogs too. Thanks Kathy for a great time!
