About this condo rental
Nestled in Centro, this lovely condo for $424 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Huge and cozy flat in Sol: The apartment is in a nice building on a side street to Puerta del Sol. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, is perfect for families with children, a group of friends or couples who want to share the same space but with privacy. The apartment is located steps away from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Callao y Gran Vía. Is in the middle of one of the most important and famed shopping street in Madrid 'Preciados', and it has just been extensively renovated (everything is brand new:). With three separate bedrooms (plus sofa beds) and three bathrooms, it's perfect for families, a group of friends, or 3 couples. The apartment is on the second floor of a building, and like most buildings in the centre of Madrid, IT DOES NOT HAVE ELEVATOR. Guest access The apartment consists of: * Two rooms with double bed of them with bathroom with shower inside. * Another room with two beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and bathroom with shower. * A third bathroom with bathtub, perfect for families with children. * Dining room with two comfortable sofas and several armchairs, dining area for 10 people, TV and open kitchen (fully equipped with everything you need). * Washing machine. * Crib, highchair and toys for children upon request. * And of course wifi access *Cot available upon request 15 euros extra * We also provide sheets and towels, and other things like iron, hairdryer, bathroom products, maps and basic ingredients for the kitchen. One set of hand towel and shower towel per person per stay up to 7 nights will be provided. If more are required, there will be a charge of 10 euros per set. No smoking in the apartment. In case of smoking, we will charge €100 as penalty. If you think something is missing, let us know your opinion so we can improve the floor.

We had a great vacation! This apartment offered what we needed to make our stay in Madrid enjoyable. Everything was walkable and really in the heart of Sol.
The apartment had everything we needed, a great kitchen dining area, and living area as well.
I would love to stay in this place again the next time I visit Madrid!!!

This apartment is exceptionally spacious and is good for those who need 3 bedrooms and baths. Best of all is the location in Sol neighborhood only a few steps from Metro stops in pedestrian district.

The apartment is fantastically well located and very comfortable for the five of us. The host staff (Rebecca, Miriam and Julia) were exceptionally helpful and responsive, assisting us whenever we needed anything. During our stay, a torrential rain took place in Madrid, causing a leak from the ceiling - a building problem that the host could not have prevented - and Rebecca showed up immediately to assess the water leakage, to alert the building management and to contact the occupant of the upstairs apartment. She provided extra towels and made sure we were comfortable. Many thanks for helping to make a memorable stay!

Property was OK and nice for a vacation. A couple of problems happened:
1. We had one pipe that burst in one of the washrooms that they fix, making us to suspend a tour.
2. The electronic lock was disabled for a couple of hours the last day, preventing us access to the property, and they re-enabled it once they saw our mails complaining about it. That was a nasty surprise.

Our group of six - three adults and three teens - loved our stay at the apartment. Bedrooms were roomy. Three bathrooms was a bonus. Air conditioning in the kitchen/family room and in the front bedroom kept the place cool. Fans in the other bedrooms helped. We had enough room to spread out and not step all over each other. Very quiet at night. The pictures are accurate. The location is terrific. Just off Puerta del Sol. Walkable everywhere. The Argentinian place a few doors down is great. Sol Cafe and Cafe Europa were excellent people watching places. Grocery places very close. Check in and booking were easy. Great communication the entire time.

We had a fantastic time and this was the best location! We could walk everywhere. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 (myself, husband, and our two girls, ages 19 & 20). There was some street noise that you could hear at night from the front bedroom, but we were able to adapt to it! Would definitely stay here again!

This apartment on a side Calle quite close to the center of Sol was a wonderful week-long experience for our family. Roomy, clean and everything one would want for a comfortable visit. Though in the middle of a bustling daytime area, it was incredibly peaceful and quiet at night. Split air conditioning units worked great to cool the entire apartment. Steps to the metro, cafes and the large grocery market at El Corte Ingles. I'd move in permanently if I could!

You cannot get any more in the middle of everything than this apartment!!! So much life right at your doorstep. Just perfect location. With two teens everyone had space and a bathroom. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The water pressure in the shower was light but for the privilege of staying in an old building and so central we made it work and wouldn't prevent us staying there again. The metro stop is close but this location makes it so easy to walk everywhere. Thank you for sharing your space with us, we'd love to stay here again if we came back to Madrid.

We loved the apartment. It was perfect for our group of 4. We especially enjoyed the comfy beds, the kitchen with fresh tap water and nice coffee maker, the laundry machine / drying racks, and the multiple toilets. The water pressure for the showers was very low but it is an old building. Good to know that there are multiple flights of stairs to get to the apartment. It took us a few days to figure out that there was a button on the wall in the lobby to open the lobby door from the inside without using the key. Overall a charming place in a charming city. We will love to return someday.

This place is awesome. Perfect location in Sol. Three bedrooms three baths perfect for family or friend groups. Property managers met us after a flight delay. Provided lots of information. Can’t say more about the experience. New Years Eve in Puerto de Sol was the best ever and just around the corner from the apartment. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Don’t miss out on this opportunity and experience.

Amazing Home away from Home
Traveled with my family which included small children and the home was perfect for us. We arrived in the middle of a heat wave and property owner was waiting for us, helped us with our luggage and had the AC turned on. There were also fans in every single bedroom which I was so happy to see. The refrigerator had ice cube trays as well which was a nice touch. The home was well stocked with everything we needed, from paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels to things like detergent for the washing machine. There were also two drying racks for clothing inside the unit as well as an outdoor line we were able to use. Instructions on how to use everything were very well laid out and detailed and there was even a guidebook for us to use as well as a map with handwriten information and rec9ommendations. As far as location, it could not get better. We were right in the puerta del sol so we could take the "sol" metro quickly and easily or walk to most places we wanted to see. We were also close to EL Corte Ingles (you could actually see it from balcony) which is a very large department store that also had quick food as well as a supermarket. Everything was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend it. Also despite being right in the puerta del sol, it was not loud at night. The windows were thick enough to prevent noise from coming in so we were able to sleep well. Excellent place!

Great location!!! We walked everywhere, and there were plenty of options for eating, drinking, and shopping right outside our door. Puerta del Sol is right around the corner. There is quit a bit of late night street noise, so the person staying in the front room of the home will want to bring some ear plugs. There are 2 more bedrooms as well. Oscar was our host, and he was extremely friendly and helpful, and was easy to reach when needed.

We visited Madrid for work with two colleagues and decided to stay in the centert instead of the conference hotel, and it was the perfect decision.
this appartement is large enough, impeccable, comfy, and more to the point could not be located more conveniently.
And if that was not enough, he hosts were available and gracious.

Great location, overall nice apartment for families
Had initial issue with apartment not having a crib and highchair as listed in it's description, but landlord delivered them.
Overall great apartment, great location, I would recommend for families that want to be close to all that Madrid has to offer. Rooms are spacious and it was great having 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.

Amazing property and location.
Booking this property, the communication about checking in and the actual check in was perfect. The checkin was simple and informative. The location can not be beat. Right out the door are great restaurants, shops and the excitement of Puerto del Sol. I strongly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.

As a family we loved our stay in this apartment. Location is second to none. Great facilities. Communication and meeting with owners was excellent. I would totally recommend this apartment.

The unit is a 3/3, small bedrooms but overall a nice unit. Madrid was experiencing a heat wave and I asked the owner if the AC's were working fine - she responded yes. Upon arriving, the only working AC is in the kitchen. None of the bedrooms have AC. We didnt sleep all night. We couldn't close the rooms for privacy because the only moderately working AC was cooling the kitchen. Owner does not communicate well. I asked her to arrange large taxis to the airport (there were 8 of us) and regular cabs came in. I had to literally go in the street to yield additional cabs for our group. Overall the place is nice if you are visiting in the winter, do not go in the summer - you will experience a hot environment. Only portable fans add any element of relief. There was an overall lack of communication and honesty. I know what I asked for, she answered dishonestly. In short, the unit is fine in a good location, just dont go when its hot outside.

The best location in Madrid!
We started in the apartment for Semana Santa. We could watch religion processions right from our balcony- we were on the middle of everything! Location is incredible - two steps away from Sol, the vibrant heart of Madrid- we never had to use metro card because we were so close from everything- we just walked everywhere maximum 20 minutes.
Apartment was comfortable for 4 adults and two kids- the room facing the street could be a little noisy early in the morning because of the garbage pick ups, otherwise it was surprisingly quiet for the middle of the city. We are definitely staying the again:) thank you so much !

Great location!!! We walked everywhere, and there were plenty of options for eating, drinking, and shopping right outside our door. Puerta del Sol is right around the corner. There is quit a bit of late night street noise, so the person staying in the front room of the home will want to bring some ear plugs. There are 2 more bedrooms as well. Oscar was our host, and he was extremely friendly and helpful, and was easy to reach when needed.
