Superb

I didn't do much in Kota Kinabalu as it was just there one night, so I can not speak to location. My room was remodeled, very clean and comfortable and staff was very nice! The AC and Wifi worked well too. I would stay here again

Overall comfortable stay

Stayed for a few separate nights over a week. Place has 24h reception, very friendly and helpful staff who were very responsive. Room was pretty clean, and the family superior room was spacious. Lobby and corridor may feel stuffy but ventilation in room is okay once aircon is switched on.

Might need to wait for about 10 mins for water to get properly hot. Windows are not soundproof and you can hear prayers or buskers, though I usually use earplugs for sleeping so it wasn't an issue.

Excellence at a Reasonable Price

A first-class budget hotel. Clean and comfortable at a reasonable price with a truly impressive attitude from the staff. They will go above and beyond to make your stay a good one. If I return to Kota Kinabalu, I will stay here.

There is a nightly food street near the hotel. That's ok, but for some reason, a band plays loud music every night to entertain the diners. The singer is loud and terrible, and he doesn't know it. But you will!

Some things fantastic, some not so

It's indeed spotlessly clean. They are very eager to serve you and indeed try their best. It's super central and easy to walk everywhere. They are genuinely very nice to you and keep the hotel super clean. Overall, I liked how super clean it was but due to the air-con and TV wouldn't stay again. You get what you pay though. Total thumbs up to the staff too.

Okay. It's a 2-star hotel so forget about getting answers to any sort of questions regarding anything from coming to Sabah to exploring nearby places. They won't lift any finger beyond that 2 stars. The air-con is basically broken so I ended up sleeping with the windows open. TV was broken kinda too but it's 'watchable'.

Budget, Clean and Comfort

Very budget and very clean, I get Grab: $9 go to Imago Shopping Centre and $5 go to Jesslton Ferry/Merkeda Centre (walk easy within 10 mins). A lot of restaurants to eat breakfast and 24 hours 7-11. Location is okay.

Very nice stay and staff are so helpful

The staff were 1st class always happy to help and with a big smile. Rooms were newly renovated and comfortable and the location was perfect for getting to anywhere in KK.

There was nothing to dislike here but if I was being picky the water in the shower could have been a bit warmer.
