It needs little updates and some maintenance. Several lightbulbs were out, toilet rubber stopper was damaged, so toilet ran constantly, many damaged blinds, one of the tv remotes had no batteries, the tv in the kids room only gets 5 channels, etc. Little stuff that could make this place a 10....but without the maintenance I can only give it a 7. It's further from Disney and traffic is always jammed going to and coming back from. It's gated, quiet and has a private pool. Fix it up a little and it's a definite 10!

Super easy process for checking in and out. I will rent it again if the opportunity presents itself.

Needs updating and a proper cleaning crew.food disposal didn’t work shades were broke and furniture was stained. Tv station was the hardest to find the station so cable needs fixing other then that perfect

Let’s first start with the good: Great location, it was close to everything - shopping, food, entertainment. Now for the not so good: no soap in any soap dispenser, outdated furniture and appliances, broken blinds, hard bed, non working light bulbs, etc. If you don’t mind vacationing like your at grandmas house, then maybe you can find comfort here.

The beds were very uncomfortable, we had to buy a few pillows as the pillows provided were not great quality. The washer is quite rusty, there are many scuffs and scraps throughout the townhouse. The pool had broken tiles and the outdoor furniture, rusty grill and lighting didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. In all, a disappointing stay.

Upon arrival we noted the property was in very poor repair. Much of the furniture had been written on, scuffed and damaged by previous occupants. Almost all the blinds were damaged and there were bulbs out in the laundry room. There was debris and paper plates under the sofa and the appliances were very rusted and worn including the washing machine which snagged many of our garments. I attempted to contact the property manager by a form on their app within 24 hours but got no response. A few days later I tried to email her but again got no response. Eventually I resorted to contacting the villa owner after which the property manager did in fact respond. In the three weeks we had been there the pool had never been cleaned and I also brought the other issues up with the owner. They did eventually arrange a pool clean although the pool deck remained uncleaned...but the remainder of the issues remained untended. I am upset because this could be such a lovely home but the property manager is obviously neglecting it.

The house was clean and everything was set up nice. I visited in Nov. so the pool was too cold to use, but the house was close to Disney World and right down the road from old town. I enjoyed my stay and I would book this house again.

After several days of speaking with the property manager and her calling the pool company, on the 4th day of our vacation, my son and I finally got the pump primed and the jets working. We still had to wait half the day for the pool company to come clean the pool. The pool pump is cracked and the skimmers was full of broken pool toys and water bottles. Once they cleaned it, my granddaughters really loved it. I would consider staying here again. The community pool is also very nice.

Our family (2 adults + 2 kids, ages 10 & 7) stayed here in mid-August, 2020. We went to Disney parks 2 days & spent the rest of our time lounging at this rental home.A few cons: The 1st night we were there, one of the adjacent neighbors stayed up super late playing loud music & partying in their pool area. Thankfully we brought our white noise machine for sleep! After that first night, all was quiet in the neighborhood. We also noticed a couple of minor maintenance issues with the property. The general cleanliness was quite acceptable, but the home could use an overall deep cleaning (handprints on doors, dusty baseboards, lanai walls that need pressure washing, etc.). The bed in the master bedroom was a bit firm for our tastes, the pillows were kind of flat, & the master bedroom bed linens could use replacing. The rug outside of the sliding door is quite "swampy" & needs to be replaced, & one of the sliding door blinds kept falling off. But none of these things was a big deal!The pros definitely outweighed the cons. Check-in & out was mobile & easy. There was plenty of space for all of us the spend time together, or spread out. The kitchen was fairly well-stocked with cooking tools, & the decor felt "homey" - we like the red-painted walls in the living area & the floating wood floors on the stairs & second floor. There were lots of bath towels & extra blankets as well as kitchen towels & a bin of beach towels in the 1st floor bathroom. Parking was very easy - we were usually able to park directly in front of our unit. We had a question one night & were able to get in touch with the manager Ana, who was super nice and helpful on the phone. Though the complex has a community pool, we loved having a pool to ourselves in light of the Covid situation, as well as for convenience sake, & it got a ton of use on our non-Disney days. The complex itself has a gated entrance with keypad, which gave us a sense of security. It is also located far enough off of US 192 to be out of the thick of things, but close enough to conveniences such as stores, restaurants, & entertainment. We were also only about a 15 minute drive from the Disney parks. Overall, we were pleased with our stay - nice quality & great value. We paid significantly less to stay here, with all of the extra space & amenities, etc., than we would have paid to stay on Disney property. We would definitely stay here again, & would recommend it to anyone trying to decide on a vacation rental!

We had a great short visit. Property was relatively clean but there were dishes in dishwasher and property needs some updating with fresher linens, bathroom updates, dryer venting, sliding door blinds etc. We weren't there that long but good stay.

We stayed for 2 weeks at the end of January. There were a few things missing upon arrival (batteries for remotes, hand towels, t-towels, dish cloths, blender). I emailed Ana and she brought them over the same afternoon :) The decor & kids rooms are charming, appliances are old but worked well, well stocked kitchen with the exception of wine glasses - only 2. Beds were comfortable. We did not use the safe- it was locked in the closed position. A new blow dryer is needed. It worked but is broken around the top. The master tv remote did not work either. We liked the layout; lots of space for our family of 4. We did not use the outside space at the house. It was a bit of a let down - especially after running around the neighborhood & seeing some of the other patios. Pool was freezing; kind of a useless space. The little table top bbq should be tossed - it’s growing mould and someone had left cigarette butts on the ground. Outdoor furniture needed a good wipe down. The kitchen tap was leaking a lot - I let Ana know. The resort amenities were great; fitness centre was large, pool was warm and usually quiet and the path around the lake was nice for a run or walk. All in all it was a good place for the price we paid but a deep cleaning is needed - living room carpet, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards etc.

We didn't really get to enjoy the private pool and other amenities in the community but it was the finest well maintained properties I have been on. Everything was super smooth and easy. There is no jacuzzi in the house and the description says 4 bedrooms in the property listing but the 4 th bedroom is actually the futon in the living room. Not that it mattered to us but we applied the filtering criteria need on number of bedrooms and ended up in the wrong kind. Kitchen was very well stocked and very clean. We did find a coach in the living room. It comes with high chair, towels n other additional linens and floats and life jackets for pool and baby bathing seat and what not convenience you'd need if you were travelling with an infant or a toddler. Really clean and tidy place.

Perfect location for access to the parks, dinning, and shopping. At first it seemed a bit tucked away but it was very easy getting to/from all the attractions. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. Everything we needed and more.
