Enjoy two master suites in this ground floor luxury condo - just 50 feet to the heated pool/spa, gas grill, firepit and clubhouse. NOTE: The pool/spa will be closed for resurfacing from May 28 - July 5. This is resort living without breaking your budget! We have just replaced all of the living room furniture with big, overstuffed sofas and a chair and a half! You will melt into these comfy couches while you enjoy the fast internet or the flat screen TV. Restaurants are all around, but if you want to relax here, you have a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, glassware, cooking utensils and all stainless appliances). We even have the accessories you will need to grill up a storm! High speed internet with wi/fi that reaches you poolside! So just pack your swim suits and golf clubs and pour yourself a margarita and enjoy resort living in Oro Valley! We also have a second floor and two other first floor condos in the same building if this unit is not available - see listing numbers 1436355, 2116934 & 2480864. Walking into this condo was like returning home. Roomy open floor plan, comfortable LR chairs, a convenient kitchen. We specifically chose this location because we had 2 couples who prefer king beds. Appreciated this layout. One bath is larger than the other and has a small walk-in closet. Had it been warmer, we would have used the patio and adjacent pool & hot tub. Very clean but could have used a little more attention to wipe down areas around door handles (post COVID).The owners have thoughtfully included basic kitchen items, coffee pot was ready to go. The property is well maintained, carpets in bedrooms were updated and spotless. We would stay longer next time.

Perfect location for visiting family at Splendido. Very comfortable beds and everything we needed. Only comment I would make is that the smell of the cleaning products used about knocked us over when we walked in and persisted the entire stay. Smelled clean, but could imagine that someone with allergies worse than mine might not be able to tolerate

This was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in. It's nicer than our own home! It’s very reasonably priced and in a gorgeous setting. The unit was very clean, tastefully decorated, and the bed was comfortable. We were visiting family in Tucson so we didn't spend as much time at the unit as we would have liked.

This property was so quiet and peaceful. The condo was spotless! Such comfortable furniture too. Well equipped kitchen and the spices you may need were there as well as oil and sweetener. I highly recommend staying here!

Excellent property - we hope to stay here again next time we visit! Very close to family we were visiting, walking trails just outside the door, extremely clean, and the property managers were a dream to work with. Wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed here over Christmas break to be close to family in the area. It’s a great location: quiet, well appointed, and very clean. The only suggestion we would have is heavier blankets available, especially during the winter months. Our visit time frame was during a particularly colder time frame than usual. Black out shades in the master is a nice touch.

If you are visiting the area or like me needed to be close to the hospital for a family member, this condo is the best. It is clean, well supplied with all you need for a stress free visit. Just bring your essentials and relax. They have thought of everything and easy to communicate with. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for accommodating my schedule to I could be near my mom.

Fabulous location near the pool. Very quiet, well stocked unit. High quality towels and linens. Oversized washer and dryer. Beds were very comfortable. Absolutely loved our stay here and would return. Unit could use an annual deep cleaning as cupboards and drawers needed a good vacuuming out. But a minor issue for a fabulous place!

I travelled to Oro Valley to visit my mother. I also grew u p in Tucson. This condo was lovely! Everything was clean and exactly as pictured. The pool and hot tub were so convenient. I even met some of the friendly neighbors.
I have stayed at many rental properties for my vacationing needs and this was a wonderful experience. Perfect size for myself and my two teenage children.

I took my kids to visit their grandmother down in Oro Valley. This was the perfect little spot for us to retreat to every night. The pool was perfectly heated and the bat show at night was very entertaining. Very quiet and peaceful. So many stars at night.

This was my first VRBO experience in the Tucson area, and it could not have possibly been any better. The apartment was beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for my clothes in my toiletries, and although I was in town to visit family I would’ve been perfectly happy staying in that apartment and not having to go outside in the horrible heat. Steve remained immediately available throughout my stay for every silly question I had. I hope to come back to this very unit again the next time I’m traveling to Oro Valley.

Of all the VRBOs we've stayed in across the country this one rates in the top 3. The location is ideal for our needs in Oro Valley, the ease of checking in is perfect, the property is meticulously cared for. The pool is right outside the patio door, just what we need after a long day. The furnishings and beds are comfy, kitchen well stocked for as little or as much cooking as you need, and the AC with 100+ temperatures is quiet and efficient. Having a washer and dryer is a great feature. Area is quiet, close to recreation trails, and people at the Casitas are friendly. We definitely hope to stay here in the future. Thanks for a wonderful week in Tucson.

Great unit for four adults. Love the layout! Close to the pool. Comfy beds and lots of kitchen supplies to use if needed. This is our second stay and we hope to stay here again !

We come to Tucson often to visit relatives/family. We loved this condo and all the amenities- very relaxing. We were steps from the pool— and hot tub!!! Everything was very comfortable— cozy furniture and comfortable beds. We plan on staying here again next time!! The whole process was easy— the hosts were awesome— very responsive — you will love it!!!❤️

Great place. Not flashy or fancy, but clean, organized and a great place to stay if you’re looking to be up in the Oro Valley. Neighborhood is quiet and residential but stores and restaurants a short drive away. Two guys on a golf vacation and it was perfect for our needs.

We splurged a little on this place for a family Christmas visit and couldn't have been happier. Communication with property owners was timely, professional, and courteous. Check-in and check-out were effortless. This is a beautiful, spacious property. The beds were super comfy, Wifi was great, and the amenities were plentiful. Overall, well worth the dough. We will be back.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Oro Valley. Dual masters is ideal for two couples. Unit has all the comforts of home - all you need is your suitcase and peeps. Close proximity to groceries and restaurants. Host are responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here.

The priority was very nice and clean. Some extra accommodations that was awesome shampoo and conditioner extra towels! It was very comfortable loved the no smoking because some places are smelly or dirty do to the smoking.
