Great

The hotel location is beautiful and close to mall jawaher and many restaurants and coffshops. And the most important thing is the stay is nice and helpful Especially Safye and Sibke.

War nicht mein erster Besuch in diesem Hotel, aber auch nicht der Letzte ;)

Die zentrale Lage mit sehr guten ÖV-Verbindungen sowie das stets freundliche Personal sind hervorzuheben. Insbesondere bei Herr Yunus von der Rezeption und die Frau Oya vom Reinigungsteam möchte ich mich nochmals bedanken. Das Zimmer wurde auch noch am späten Nachmittag gereinigt und aufgefrischt. Ebenso freundlich und hilfsbereit war die Frau Sibel vom Guest-Relations Team.

Vor dem Hotel fand eine Strassensanierung statt, welche einen Lärm verursacht hat. Da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Jedoch war die Lärm-Isolation der Fenster etwas schlecht, sodass der Lärm im Zimmer leider bemerkbar war. Durch eine bessere Isolation könnte man hier auch entgegenwirken.

Sehr gute Lage - An Sauberkeit hat es gemangelt

Frühstück war sehr reichlich und gut, es gab ein offenes Buffet. Lage war Top, man bräuchte bspw. mit dem Taxi 10 min. zum Taksim.

An Sauberkeit hat es gemangelt. In der Dusche war der Boden nicht sauber. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken, auch wenn sich das nicht mehr rauswäscht, gehört sich das dann gewechselt. Die Betten sind mega klein. Wir hatten 2 Betten und die waren höchstens 90cm breit.

It was the worst property I have ever booked.

The location was good if you haven’t rented a car and the staffs were nice and friendly except housekeeping.

The parking property was awful. Rooms were not clean and also housekeeping bahves badly. I asked for iron and it takes 24 hours to receive and they came to pick it after 20 minutes which is weird for a five stars hotel. Rooms are very smaller than what they looks in pictures.the sinkBed was very uncomfortable which makes us back ache and also pillows were awful. The sink pipe was blocked and water was not running we told about problem and they told that it has problem we can’t do anything. won’t recommend this property to anyone at all.

الاطلالة جداً جميلة توجد شرفة لتهوية الغرفة والاستمتاع بلاجواء الباردة .. كمان عندهم الاستاذة Sibel تتحدث العربية في قمة الاحترام لطيفه و بشوشه .. شكراً استاذة sibel علي تعاونك الرائع الحمدلله ما واجهتني اي مشكله فندق هادي جداً الفطور متنوع خدمة الغرف ممتازة 🫶🏻

great staff and breakfast

The staff were amazing and friendly in particular Safiyeh and Fatih who were really great in hospitality.

the rusted iron around the washing sink wasn’t pleasant need maintenance

Pleasant

Big thanks to the girl in the reception and to madam jassmin they are very friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Internet was good.

The spa was miserable (the dry sauna is closed and the steam sauna in not open always) the male and female are separated (in sauna) and down there(spa) they dont speak English.

very good breakfast,excellent spa the rooms were clean and tidy

Omer the receptionist speaks very good english and was really helpful whereas the girl at the reception desk and one or two of the others didn't...it was very hard to find a way to communicate and couldn't understand our questions..we had to use the google translate app in order to make ends meet... the staff at the breakfast room,- very little or no english....the barman at the bar-restaurant-very little english,which is rare and strange for a 5star restaurant .the room was at the front and there was too much noise coming from the street and the surroundings , there was probably no soundproofing...the room needed some repairs, the glass door at the bathroom stayed two inches open which was a huge inconvenience when someone was in it and coud be seen and heard : (

Great location, friendly staff, clear communications

Great location really close to centre, close to Metro Stations and other amenities, friendly staff, room was a little unclean. We found someone else's socks under the couch.

The room could've been cleaner.

I had a very good at the hotel. Musa was great. He was fluent in Arabic and Turkish and can speak English. He made us feel very comfortable and greeted us always.

Would come again! And would definitely recommend!

If you want help for the sightseeing and taxi-ordering, look for someone called "Saleem". He was super friendly and he speaks arabic too! He has multiple connections, as well as knowledgable of all things in Istanbul.

Everything was spot on. Nothing to not like.

Very good

I wanted to give a very good comments about the cleaning lady, Gonul, she was excellent very polite smiling all the time. She did great and outstanding jobs fixing my room, she doesn't miss anything cleaning the glass the floor the sofas. And also Abdullah was great and very nice. The technician came twice to fix the ac and the safe, very professional and very polite.

The way how the bathrooms are built are smelling so bad specially at night. I was not really satisfied with that i was unhappy, i couldn't fall a sleep sometimes because of the smell. I even called the receptionist and complained 3 times. Other than that everything was great.
