High end hotel with entry and exit to the ski piste, a nice spa and an excellent kitchen for a wide range breakfast and an inspiring dinner menu. Staff is excellent.

Noisy room (termites or rodents scratching inside the wood all the time, can hear TV from the next room), not sufficient sound proofing, unhelpful and uncaring staff (did not propose any solution and did not even apologize)

Everything about hotel was very good indeed; would have liked a slightly bigger room for the price.
Light outside the Sauna needed repairing!

Excellent service - everything was made easy with ski hire, ski room and ski-in ski-out.
We also very much enjoyed the evening meal and relaxing around the log fire in the lounge.

Very good comfortable lounge area in hotel. Perfect ski in ski out location. Very friendly helpful staff.
Very limited hotel menu with no daily changes. Too expensive to eat every night but 10 min walk to other restaurants. Would be good if it offered a bistro or lighter options.

Good location, nice and cozy room, good view! Spa is small but clean.
Breakfast itself was really poor..no vegetables, no brown bread (only baguette). All is full of gluten and lactose. Few types of cheese and ham. We weren't satisfied..
