Elección acertada en Cala Millor

Buena relación calidad-precio para las fechas de temporada baja. Habitación espaciosa con baño bien equipado y cama grande muy cómoda. Buffet de calidad y bastante variado. Posibilidad de disfrutar del Spa sin coste. Localización en bonita playa aunque no sea temporada de baño ya que tiene un bue paseo marítimo y se pueden hacer excursiones a diferentes lugares como el Castell de la Punta de N'Amer. Tiene cargadores de agua en los pasillos que resultan muy interesantes

Todo me gustó pero por poner algo que podría mejorar, diría que el Spa es un poco sencillo (falta baño turco por ejemplo) pero hay que tener en cuenta que el acceso es gratuito con reserva. Que haya agua disponible en unos cargadores de los pasillos y que por una botella de agua rellenada para cenar te cobren unos 2.6€.

chambre très propre, hôtel classe, personnel très agréable, accueil de qualité, emplacement de l’hôtel.

gros problème de wifi qui fait que la note globale n’est pas à 9 ou 10. pas de changement de serviette entre chaque nuit.

Das Iberostar ist das letzte Hotel in der Bucht von Cala Millor. Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auf Nachfrage habe ich einen Wasserkocher erhalten. Durch die tolle Lage war es sehr ruhig. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine unbebaute Landzunge, die zu Spaziergängen einlädt. In ca. 20-25 Minuten ist man aber zu Fuß im Zentrum von Cala Millor.

Klagen auf hohem Niveau: An der ein oder anderen Stelle hat man gesehen, dass das Hotel nicht mehr taufrisch ist. Den Duschkopf war nicht höhenverstellbar.

Todo casi perfecto...

Desde el primer momento en que llegamos nos trataron perfecto! Detalle de copa de cava o botella de agua mientras te atienden en la recepción. El desayuno muy variado y muy bueno! La habitación tiene unas vistas espectaculares!! Personal de limpieza, recepción, del bar, del buffet muy simpátic@s y atent@s!!

Lo que no nos gustó es que cogimos media pensión y no la pudimos disfrutar... Por motivos laborales cogimos ese hotel por la cercanía y por los comentarios tan buenos. Pero hasta las 20:30h no llegábamos a la cena... Nuestra sorpresa fue que cierran el restaurante a las 21h... Me pareció un poco mal, ya que ese horario está claro que está pensado en el turista y no en la gente de la isla... A todo esto nos dieron la opción de comer "frío" en un turno que ponen a las 22:30h para la gente que llega a esa hora, y lo cogimos, pero no pudimos disfrutar tal y como habíamos planeado de la cena... A todo esto, ya hemos mirado para volver en Abril y poder disfrutar otra vez de la misma habitación más días.

Okay hotel

The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and if you decided to upgrade to anything but garden view, which was at the back of the hotel, you were happier.

The variety of snacks available was what I would expect to see in retirement home. The sandwiches were basic and were not appealing. Albeit they were in the fridge, I didn't like how exposed they were. The first night we arrived we ordered pinacolda but received a mojito. I asked if it was a pinacolda and the bar tender said it was. Additionally, the lunch and dinner options available were not great & limited. The only good night for dinner was Mexican themed night. The food in my opinion, was either salty, okish, or tasteless. For what we paid I will not be visiting this hotel again. Things I would suggest to improve is to have snacks that also appeal to their younger guests, food overall could be improved and desserts should be changed at least twice a week Furthermore putting guests in the basement/back ground floor garden view is manipulative and I think this was done to encourage you to pay for upgrade.

rooms were very spacious and had a great balcony with a view - cleaners were excellent

the swimming pool was closed for the whole time we were there and that was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay

air conditioning was not good - too hot in the room lighting was blue colour TV standby light was very bright and hard to sleep with Outdoor pool out of action

The sauna and indoor pool were a treat.

I didn't like that there was not secure off-road parking available. I had to park ±300m down the road on a vacant piece of land.

Lower value vs. other 4 Star Hotels

The breakfast was very divers.

There were no additional amenities (kettle, tea, coffee…) in the room. The room was small and too hot (AC did not work). Gym was extremely small and pool not well maintained.

It was perfect 10 days trip at Mallorca.

The hotel, the room and the staff were amazing. Everything was so clean and the staff were so kind and helpful. Especially Loli, Chantal and Angel!

Nothing. Maybe sun beds are a little to close perhaps.

Brilliant hotel

Absolutely outstanding service , hotel and staff...would go back tomorrow if I could !! Food was excellent, rooms were spotless and there wasn't one thing we could fault on... highly recommended !

Just a little tiny bit of a suggestion, please pop it clearly on your website and other selling sites , that trousers are a requirement at night in restaurant so guests are aware before they depart that they have to pack a pair. We weren't aware and had to go shopping next day after an embarrassing encounter in restaurant!

overall our stay at iberostar was amazing & will be back very soon!

the rooms were exceptionally clean & were cleaned daily & replaced with fresh towels. the staff were beyond helpful & couldn’t do enough for you. the food was fantastic, the breakfast in the morning sitting looking out at the pool and beach was amazing.

Overall ,really quite enjoyable, although the obsession with mask-wearing in the hotel was annoying

Excellent service and a wide range of food in the buffets.

House wine on tap was of a poor quality. Having to pay for use of the room- safe was unacceptable.

We loved it and would return no hesitation.

Staff were the best we've come across in a hotel. So friendly and helpful. Service was always impeccable. Great facilities, a lovely quiet spot at the end of the beach away from the main drag but close enough to walk to. We loved it!

The hot food options were a little limited for us although they did change each night. Mexican night was a bit disappointing in terms of options. Fish night was amazing though!
