Nice location, good view of the Garda lake, very large rooms (got them next to each other as wished for), nice staff, nice pools.

Not so good parking lot for a big car. To get to our rooms we needed to go through the restaurant, little bit awkward during dinners and breakfast.

Very clean and cozy. The view from the room was amazing.

The hotel is very beautiful, recommended in summer time - nice pool with amazing view. Its 20 minutes walking from the center, but there are shuttles of the hotel for 1 euro which is really comfort. Good breakfast!

Slooooow check in and all manual. Take your passport to have an adminstrative person take copies and you can't get it back until the next day? The rooms are very dated and in need of a deep clean. Even the coffee was terrible - how can an Italian hotel serve burnt, awful coffee at breakfast?

The views around the property were beautiful.

The property itself is pretty far from everything and the pool area is definitely NOT what it seems in the pictures. The area is small and the chairs surrounding the pool seemed piled on top of each other. Also check out is at 10am and it should be about 11-12 due to everything being far and check in is so late.

Good news first: The stuff was mostly very friendly. There were a lot of pools and the outside space and green spaces of the hotel were nice and clean. The location was fine. It was great, that you could use the hotels own shuttle bus to the beach and the city. The breakfast was pretty okay, but in no way above expectations. I had a tomato that was already mouldy, what is really disgusting.

The breakfast itself was okay, but it didn't really keep an eye on the quality. Most food was okay, but lots tastet old and i got two mouldy tomatoes put on my plate (due to covid self-service was not permitted. Second, the room was not only more than tiny, it was dirty, run-down, old and full of ants. The wall had lots of cracks, all paint was run-down, the room had a funny and musty smell and the very small closet on the wall was hard to open, even if you ignored the spider webs all over it. The bathroom was so tiny that you couldn't possibly fit two people in it at the same time. It was dirty, smelly, it had multiple drill-holes in the wall, the floor felt slimey and the sink had a hole without a plug. At least therefore in the sink in contrast to the shower would drain fine. Most horrible was the ceiling that was not plain and flat but somewhat made of a grating of metallic bars with a lot of holes in between that were collectively filled with cobwebs and dirt and created the steady fear of dirt falling onto you from the ceiling. In conclusion: Run-down, dirty, crowded with insects, plainly disgusting.

Staff were helpfull that's the only one good thing.

Where to start... We booked 2 rooms close together but we did not get them. They were in separate building. Hotel was fully booked so we can't change it anyway. Our room wasn't the same as we booked (based on pictures). We had a bathroom made for wheelchair guests which was uncomfortable for use. Bathroom also missed hangs for towels so we had to use a chairs in a room to dry them. Breakfast was acceptable. I'm not so demanding but this hotel room was a joke. This was a bad experience and I'll never come again to this hotel. If you read this, find a different hotel than this. This place need a big money to invest to reach a rate ***hotel.

If you are spending a few days in Limone, Hotel Cristina is a good choice to stay. Location is nice with a good view over the village and the lake. Breakfast was alright. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Rooms are ok as well.
