El sitio es una maravilla en general.

Tuvimos un mal entendido, y tanto el hotel como booking no nos escucharon. Yo hice mi reserva por booking y pagué mi estancia unos días antes. Cuando llegamos al hotel el chico nos dijo: ya tenéis la estancia abonada, pero necesito una tarjeta de crédito y le dimos una tarjeta que no tenía nada que ver con la que yo aboné en booking. Cuando llegamos a la habitación nos dimos cuenta que nos habían hecho el cargo de los 120€, que piden, más el precio de la habitación que yo ya había pagado. Tuvimos que volver a recepción y comunicarlo, lo cual me dijeron: ahora te llamamos cuando veamos todo. Nos fuimos al centro a pasar el medio día y la tarde y me llamaron, diciéndome que yo tenía que reclamar a booking. Yo le expliqué pero no me entendía o no escuchaba, todo esto yo estaba de paseo y tener una conversación así pues no es agradable. Total que le dije: luego vamos ( otra vez) a recepción para aclararlo que ahora mismo estoy de paseo. Total que a las 15:00h estábamos comiendo y me llaman de booking, y le explico, y lo único que me dice es que me va a mandar un email para hacer el reclamo. Yo no tenía que reclamar nada. Yo tenía mi pago, en tal caso era el hotel el que me tenía que devolver mi dinero. También me molestaron en mi hora de la comida. Total: llegamos por la tarde al hotel, ya había otra mujer en recepción y fuimos a hablar con ella, la cual nos entendió, y nos dijo que ese cargo en la tarjeta lo iban a retirar.

Fine resort

Big and beautiful resort, with 3 swimming pools, luxury room facilities, including yoga mats and block. Plate of fruits on arrival us very nice.Loved the breakfast , that was outstanding.

The entrance doors should be adjusted against slamming. Especially at the night time when neighbours are coming late.... We had a lot of tiny ants inside our room. It is overpriced especially in summer season... we had junior suite which didn't look like a junior suite, looked like a normal room.

mkt bra frukost och nära till det mesta

Servicen var under all kritik. Frågade efter ett strykjärn och efter 40 min fick jag ringa igen och påminna dem. Ringde efter en pick-up. Efter 20 min fick jag ringa och påminna dem igen. Extremt dålig service!

The restaurants are fab. The facilities are great. Breakfast was good too

The housekeeping could be better. Much better in other 5 star hotels. Turndown is average. The room could do with a refurb / update. The shower in D14 was old and the shower door didn't even shut properly. Not a big problem, but we would expect to get offered a drink whilst on the beach or by the pool. I would expect at least once to be asked if we wanted a drink. Also, couldn't get a bed on the beach as the Fendi collaboration has half of them and I don't think I should have to pay even more to sit on the beach

One of the very best we have ever stayed in.

The room was very nice, well maintained and serviced. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurants were superb. Some of the food we had was as good as we have ever eaten. The square, in the evening, is full of life and fun. The pools, beach front, etc are really good

The property is gorgeous, has many amazing gardens and peaceful walks. Great pools and bars, and tennis courts. Service was great, and breakfast outstanding!!

A bit overpriced. Beach is not that clean, there are lots of street vendors on the way out of the hotel to the beach. People are allowed in hotel property even if they are not staying in the rooms.

Beautifil Hotel, Friendly staff, Easy check in and check out. Good food in Sea grill and Cipriani, but one thing is the

Sea Grill and Cipriani are absolutely delicious!!! The resort is beautiful, and room service is very fast. Also the staff is really friendly.

The pillows smell VERY BAD. no matter how many times they change the bed sheets they smell Terrible. I don’t know why but the whole trip the bedding smelled extremely unpleasant. Somedays the room service would leave the room really tidy and some days not. but that’s about it. The TV makes a high pitched sound the whole night but u only hear it if u have sensitive ears and no u cannot physically unplug the TV since it is connected to the wall. everything else was very nice. Nobu left us in a little bit of a disappointment and Coya as well with the food. but Sea grill and Cipriani were amazing!

the grounds are great, albeit there was a lot of construction works going at the time.

the pool area next to sea grill was always full of booked up reserved with towels etc. didn’t seem to be control around this

The hotel and restaurants are very good. Choice of restaurants excellent Food, especially breakfast, was exceptional Fruit choice and quality exceptional.

In bedroom no mirror for applying make up. Long mirror in lounge would also be good.

Puente Romano has this unique vibe making every stay memorable and special.

We love the location and facilities of the hotel. Our room was only few steps from the beach and our favorite Sea Grill restaurant. The breakfast in Sea Grill is the best in the world. The evening experiences in the Plaza of the hotel offer excellent choices of fine dining restaurants and fantastic cocktails prepared by the specialists of the Nobu bar. All staff is very friendly and the overall service level is excellent. Puente Romano is clearly our first choice Marbella hotel. We will come back soon and keep recommending it to all our friends.

There is nothing not to like in Puente Romano.

The outdoors part of the resort is spectacular!

My flight was late and i asked if its possible to get a late checkout. They just said no ..not even "let me check" The room itself is not worth the money. ..and i was in a suite

We expected total luxury for the price we paid but didn’t get it However the staff & food were great

The breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed the gardens in the property. The swans were lovely and serene. The pool was lovely and clean. The staff were excellent.

We had two double rooms for one week. The noise on-site was unacceptable for the price of the stay. The soundproofing was pretty non existent in the rooms. With many late night bars, restaurants and nightclubs on-site, the noise on the property went on until the very early hours (3-4ams) of the morning. Waking us up when guests in adjacent rooms returned after their night out. The noise also included singers in open air areas that didn’t finish until gone midnight some nights. Over-all a very noisy hotel. The coffee machine didn’t work in our room. It was replaced once but still was very very slow. You had to push the coffee button up to 10 times to make a small cup of coffee. The shower pressure was very poor. The water would fluctuate very hot to very cold in both our rooms, even after being fixed by maintenance. The hotel was very overcrowded and getting any space by the pools took planning.
