Frühstück ist sehr gut, bis auf den Kaffee.
Gesamteindruck schon sehr finster, mittelalterlich eben.

The place is amazing. Being in a castle, with a wonderful view... Everything , breakfast was very good
Maybe the carpets, and rugs were dirty...
They should give you more info about the surroundings, town activities, and restaurants. Advertising museums to promote the beautiful place where the parador is located

Nearly everything was wonderful! Nice firm bed, clean, balcony with view. AWESOME breakfast!
Room was warm at night. We could not lower the temperature from ~24C. (We prefer ~20C). We slept with windows open.

Fantastic historical building. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful
The rooms were a little tired but it’s a medieval castle so it’s understandable

Great room with a view over the mountains and balcony which we paid a little extra for. We had the breakfast in our room which was delicious and generous portions. The location was great for accessing the village with plenty of parking nearby.

very characterful and well situated in a small town with ample parking. Helpful staff and personal service in the restaurant. interesting and tasty Spanish style menu and good wines.
Snowing when we arrived and very cold when we left but not the fault of the Parador!

The comfort of beds and pillows;
super white sheets and pillow cases, as in the old times; furniture and decoration at bedrooms and all over the castle; the experience of staying at a place full of history. Staff at room and cleaning department very professional like at a 5 star hotel.
Staff at reception shall be trained to treat customers like important customers and not in a despective way. Experience at reception was not positive. The only negative points go to the check in process. In addition, too slow process with passport registration not considering elder (89 and 81 years) people in need to arrive at bedroom to rest.

Front desk service was very professional and welcoming. The place is very charming, everything was clean.
Nov 15, 2022 Breakfast service is terrible. We went in a group of 4 and for a moment we felt like ghosts, a lady with black hair in her 30th her name started with D maybe Diana or something like that was so rude, she saw us came in but pretend it she did not, so after a while I had to walk up to her at the end of the salon, and ask her for a table, without even looking she sent me to a table that had a gentleman seating, so I had to tell her, there is someone at that table, so with a bad attitude she prepared another table. When I went to the buffet I realized she was suppose to give each one of us a clip with the rest of the utensil to grab the things from the buffet, so when I walked to her, to ask her, she only gave me one, so at this point I was getting upset and told her, you don't expect us to wait until one finished so the other one can use it, so then she gave me 4 without even looking at us. Then to serve the plates she passes the plate across the table, and when I asked her why? she told me she is left hand ( what a bad excuse, there was plenty of space on both on either sides) any ways the service from the restaurant does not goes with the elegant ambience and the place. For dinner the personal was standard and the next day for breakfast fortunately this lazy person was not there, but more less of the same, You walk into the restaurant and if they see you, they walk away or completely ignore you. They don't explain you anything or come to pick up the dirty plates from the table, they just disappear or you see them talking to each other, but there is no such thing as "you need something, is everything ok" They have no absolutely no hospitality manners or never had the proper training. It is sad that people like this give places a bad name when everyone else did a good job as front desk and housekeepers. The rest of the hotel is amazing, like going back in time with modern commodities.
