Struttura veramente molto bella e ben tenuta, staff sempre disponibile e cordiale.
Colazione ottima e buffet veramente abbondante
Super consigliato
Camere poco insonorizzate, spesso si sentiva la gente delle camere vicine

The location of the hotel is great to explore hiking spots, very quite and has a lot of nice spots to walk your dog if your bringing your pet. The staff were also very pet friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the food decent.
The kitchen is open for dinner for one hour only, from 19:30-20:30. We arrived late, at 21:00 and the staff simply informed us that the kitchen was closed and that they couldn't serve us any food. That was quite unwelcoming especially as we could hear the other guests having dinner in the restaurant. The staff also weren't very forthcoming with suggestions as to where we might go and find something to eat at that time.

The balcony furniture could have been much better, proper patio style table and chairs would have been
Better than the loungers so that we could have seen over the balcony

Amazing staff, Francesco and the team helped us plan our itinerary
The hotel had poor sound proofing so we got woken up a few times

The breakfast is really good. There is much options of food to choose. The view in the morning is spetacular from the window while eating. The location is not so good to go to the city center, but if you have a car is really ok. Really quiet place.
In some way the location. The price is a little high for what it offers as well. There was not so many bad things about it.

Nothing.

Amazing location of the house next to the ski slopes. Beautiful breakfast/dining hall with historic flair and views of the mountains. Delicious breakfast and à la carte food in the dinner restaurant. Rooms are renovated and beds are very comfortable. A private sauna can be reserved for an hour. We were here for 3 days of skiing and will come back, it was great!
Coffee from the machine was rather mediocre. We missed the great Italian coffee.

Location is fantastic for ski, seems to be one of the few ski in and ski out hotels in Cortina, ski hire shop in the hotel we fast and friendly and gave us good skis for a very fair price - free parking and rooms were good
liked pretty much everything

I booked the hotel based on location and proximity to the slopes. Didn’t get disappointed and based on that was an excellent choice!
Breakfast is very basic and hard to enjoy. However , the main thing I didn’t like about this property is that they keep room temperature at 20-21 degrees C. The fist night when I asked about it, I was told that by law they can’t raise the temperature! Wow what kind of law is this? He didn’t say hotel policy but city law! I asked for a portable heater and I was told that I’ll get it in the morning. They didn’t bother bringing a heater or raising the temperature. I had to ask again. They promised that by the time we get back in the afternoon the room would be warm. We came back and there was no portable heater and temperature was at 21. When I asked about it, I was told that their computer shows that the temperature is 22, and I should be satisfied. After saying that if they can’t bring a portable heater we’ll have to check out, they finally turned on one of the wall heaters in the room but the temperature never went above 24. I understand that for some people this is not an issue but I believe that for those of us that this is an issue, it shouldn’t take 2 days to feel comfortable at the hotel room! By the way, I’m not sure if this was the correct temperature. The thermostat showed 20-21 but felt colder than that. Moreover; I originally booked 4 nights but few days letter due to a doctor appointment conflict I asked to change the reservation to 3 nights. I received a message that the change was approved and confirmed with the hotel. They said everything was fine and they were expecting us for 3 nights. It’s been a month since I requested the change, and received the hotel approval but I haven’t received a refund.

it was right on the ski slopes which made it easy to take a break or get something if I needed to. Really nice to have ski rentals available at the property. Both restaurants were really good as well.
The gym could be better. There were weights, some equipment, and a machine but the machine was completely broken.

staff was terrible, rude and unhelpful
Breakfast was horrible
the first room did not have internet and there was an awful smell of cleaning detergents
They relocated us upon insistence and the other room was half the size of the previous one

Nice rooms with a mountain view. Front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. Located outside Cortina with plenty of free parking spaces. Close to great hikes.
Restaurant. Waiter was rude, acted like he owns the place, whistling all the time even when serving the food. The food itself was terrible. My wife ordered their “special” mashed potato wrapped in fish fillet. After my wife complained about the taste she was told it was heated in microwave.

Very close to Cortina D’Ampezzo centre, 5min by car, but in a calm area. Good continental breakfast with a lot of variety. We had the room upgraded, free of charge, as we had a baby and they thought it would be better for us to have more space. Very friendly and helpful staff
The only thing to point is the sound isolation, as we could hear the people in the corridor and in the room above us

very clean, specious rooms, friendly staff, the sauna and family rooms are just great
the restaurant could be improved a bit, and also be a bit more flexible with dish changes (kids and all…)

The room is immaculate and spacious, it's even better than expected. The location of the hotel is excellent, the view around it is amazing. served our purpose there wonderfully.
Someone managed to open the door of our room after we gone to bed. I was going to tell the reception about it on the check out , but surprisingly they didn't ask how was our stay, so I didn't have the chance to tell. This is the first time ever that the hotel did not ask (care) how was our stay.

Great staff, great location. They helped us to get a taxi so that we could hike the Alta Via 1. We had to adjust our schedule and they were very accommodating. All great.
Nothing, it was perfect

location was desirable for the hiking we had planned. Love that it had a buffet breakfast to start our day and a bathtub to end it. :) The view out our windows was breathtaking, especially with the new snow! The room was spacious and well appointed.
Beds and pillows were not so comfortable but that was a minor thing. Construction next door impaired the beauty of the surroundings.

We liked the staff, breakfast, cleanliness, comfortable bed, communal rooms to sit at, good parking, good location.
The gym was disappointing with about half the equipment broken. The Wi-Fi was not very fast.

Our room was huge and recently renovated with amazing views of the mountains from the windows. Really great value for money. Breakfast was fantastic
Booking.com states that this hotel is a few k out of town, but be warned that it's actually more like 6k up a steep and winding mountain road. Cabs into town run at about 50 EURO. There is an infrequent bus service from outside the hotel, and we were able to use that to do all of the hikes that we wanted using that, but it meant having to be super planned and regimented- not always what you want on vacation (even a hiking vacation!)

Always wonderful staff, remodeled rooms. Still very noisy. You can hear everything in the hallway and rooms around. Location is
Perfect for a night. Staff is so nice

We complained about a worrying problem in one of the rooms. At first the hotel manager took the problem seriously but later we felt disdain and unwillingness to deal with the problem.

we had to leave very early so they offered us a breakfast package so we wouldnt miss our breakfast which was included in the price
too expensive for what you get, we were one of the not so lucky ones with a room without a balcony
