De locatie is top. Ben héél tevreden over mijn verblijf en het personeel. Ook zo blij dat mijn chihuahua'tje welkom was.Ik raad jullie aan bij mijn kennissen.
De dame die het ontbijt deed was niet op tijd klaar en had de pech meteen de ontbijtzaal vol te hebben. Ze kon wat hulp gebruiken. Zeker een aangename behulpzame dame .Ik heb het op hotel niet zo voor afbakbroodjes liever vers ve bakker. Dat is dan ook het enige.

I liked the style and size of the room, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean. The curtains were massive for the windows, which i thought were cool!
The private, gated parking was a real bonus as we traveled via motorbike, although my mate failed on the gravel on his large touring bike and had to park on the front while I scampered up the hill.
The room was on the ground floor next to the pavement in a busy town/city. No air conditioning, but did have very quiet fan which is probably fine most of the time I imagine, but it was hot when we stayed. Checking in was laborious after a fair old journey but there is an option to check in online.

Very nice welcome and good size bathroom. very convenient for the city centre and free secure parking for motorcycles, but...
The motorcycle parking was on a steep slope with very deep gravel, and it was not suitable for touring bikes, so we parked in front of the hotel, which seemed pretty secure. The floors of the hotel rooms sloped strangely.

Pleasant hotel near the centre of Mons. Our room was large with a decent bathroom. Staff very friendly. Parking outside or for 10 euros there is a rear car park. Mons Grand Place is full of bars and restaurants.
Our room was on the road so quite noisy but nothing you can about that.

Located not that far from the city centre. Quiet, high rooms with high ceilings. Comfortable. Good safe storage for our cycles as requested.

Accommodation satisfactory. Close to town . Free parking on the street
Staff unwilling to allow check in before 2.00. When we returned after 4.00 the hotel was still locked. The mission statement says " The staff are at your entire disposal " That was not my experience. The hotel was let down by this cavalier approach by staff.
I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location - perfectly positioned for the Mons Memorial Museum just down the road, town centre a short walk away (which was very vibrant) and a short drive from the local war cemetery. Easy to find, with free parking right outside (limited but we were lucky to find a spot without any problems). Lovely big bathroom and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
The fridge in the room didn't seem as cold as it should be - might need replacing. Otherwise, all was good.

It is very close to shopping street. Got a parking close to entrance of the hotel. Had a quiet room back of the building. Overall everything was nice.
