La chambre qui était déjà assez cher on s attendait a avoir un certain confort et service. Fusible qui a sauté. Nous avons eu une inondation dans la douche l eau ne s evacuait pas on a eu de l eau jusque dans les chambres. Ils sont venu débouché (un personnel du restaurant!) et 15min après on reprend une douche et de nouveau inondation! Après avoir fait un scandale ils nous ont proposer de chambre de chambre mais nous avons refuser car nous avions réserver un grand appartement ils nous ont proposé une chambre très petite pour 5 mais avec vue sur mer :) certes les lits étaient fait dans les chambres mais la poussière c était une catastrophe. Très sale. Je suis vraiment déçu vu le prix de la nuit.

Check in time is only at 16:00. Early check in request could not be processed. Would not recommend this hotel for long haul travellers, as you might have to wait several hours before you can have your room.

Really good breakfast and super friendly staff. Sea view was amazing and the room was excellent.

Very old building. Way too expensive for what it was. Finding your way in the hotel was quite a challenge being at age of 84.

The apartment was not properly cleaned as we found unemptied rubbish and dirty appliances. In general, the apartment was somewhat shabby. The place needs a general refurbishing.

Bathroom layout

It was the second year we staid there when visiting family in Nieuwpoort. The location is fantastic. Staff extremely friendly. Everything was just perfect. We will definitely stay there next year again.

A bit disappointed that the bar closed at 23:00 but that has probably to do with general rules not the hotel's fault.

The view

Expensive for The condition what have, type of old hotel / cip beds

The location of the Hotel, well centralized. The easy access to the promenade and direct access to the beach. Morever, shopping possibilites are just a few steps away. Breakfast was good, the room was comfortable.

The bed was comfortable. It is unfortunate that I requested a double bed. The room had twin beds. View on the inside court and not terras or balcony. A bit noisy in the morning due to the deliveries.
