Location, breakfast and car parking. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance. It does have a small elevator 3’x3’ that is up 4 steps from the lobby. 2 star Mitchlen restaurant on site.

Originally booked a superior double room and we were “upgraded” to an executive double room. This was in the attic of the main building. The room was small, hot, lots of street noise and sloped walls (not good for people over 6’). We were able to change to a family room that had a separate living space with mini refrigerator. This was worth the upgrade for 7 nights. The room was still hot, but we could open the windows at night. The reception area also has portable fans that we used to help cool the room.

I do not know how the location could be better for this hotel. When you walk out the door, you are in front of the central bus and train stations on one side, and a mall with everything that you could ever need on the other side. The breakfast spread was incredible and the gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful.

The hotel is pretty much a standard hotel 3 or 4 stars but nothing special.

Put cooling fans in each room. Room was very warm and muggy even with window fully open. Have a proper restaurant and a bar. Looked into the bar and staff seems to think it is very special. It is not!!

Friendly and helpful staff, reception is always manned. Breakfast is good, with many choices for every preference. It's clean and tidy. Bus stop right outside the hotel, train station is a 10 minute walk. Pretty quiet neighborhood.

Shower head was leaking all over the place, the water tap was full of what I guess is chalk from the water. Very thin walls, you'll hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway. And also there is a church 50 meters up the street, and this rings it's bells every half and whole hour all through the night and day. And at 8 am it'll ring for like five minutes. It's wild.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff, great rental bikes, great with a coffee machine by the lounge.

There was a problem with the flushing mechanism for my toilet which really needs to be fixed. I understand it’s that specific room.

The staff in the reception was friendly and had a mobile charger to lend, thank you. We did not try the breakfast but I hear it was good. The location of the Hotel is on the local High Street and not far from the Station.

Our room was on the ground floor facing the parking lot. The only curtain was a black-out and it removed all daylight to have a little privacy from people right outside looking in. In the night it got a little cold in the room, and the woollen blanket used on top of the duvet resulted in being covered in bed bug bites in the days to come. Not amused.

Very comfortable and spacious.

The sinks speed to drain was slow. Possibly slightly blocked. But it made little difference to my usage as the basin emptied okay after half a minute.

Location is perfect if doing business in Hellerup, where many (shipping) companies are located. There is enough free parking too. My room was small but comfortable, and the bathroom was neat and clean. The staff are very friendly and receptive to your needs. (I forgot something in my room, and this was very well arranged by UPS via the hotel)

There is no restaurant affiliated to the hotel, only a 2 Michellin Star restaurant which requires months ahead booking. However, there are 2 Italian restaurants and a bistro close by.
