Toppenläge men mer att önska av boendet

Läget var perfekt nära gamla stan.

Sängarna var stenhårda. Badkar med hög kant att kliva över. Vi fick alltid städning sent på em. Frukosten var ok men begränsat utbud.

Ei jatkoon.

Huoneessa ei todellisuudessa ollut ilmastontia vaikka se oli luvattu. Onneksi olimme keväällä mutta viileän vuoden aikaankin nähden huone oli silti liian kuuma. Aamiainen myöskin pettymys, valikoimaa vähän ja määrät oli pieniä joten jokin oli koko ajan loppu. Yhtään infolappua ei löytynyt mitä buffetissa oli tarjolla, onneksi en itse kärsi allergioista mutta hankalaa osan kanssa valita mitä lopulta syö kun ei tiedä ollenkaan mitä on mikäkin.

Tolle Lage! Ansonsten aber keine 5 Sterne

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in der Innenstadt. Die Lage ist wirklich ideal. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Internet ist stabil.

Ganz sicher kein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Vor allem das Frühstück fand ich total enttäuschend. Viel zu wenig Auswahl, kein Räucherfisch, kaum Auswahl an Wurst und Käse. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig abgewohnt. Mir fehlte ein Kosmetikspiegel, ein Bademantel und eine Steckdose, für die man nicht unter den Nachttisch klettern muss. Nach draußen ist es hellhörig. Ich bin sicher, dass es dort im Sommer recht laut wird. Zimmer werden nur gereinigt, wenn man ein Schild an die Tür hängt. Der Einstieg zur Badewanne ist viel(!) zu hoch!

Flott beliggenhet. Rolig, ingen forstyrrelser om natta. God seng.

Det er et 5 stjernes hotell, men frokosten bar ikke preg av fem stjerner. Enkel, lite av alt. En kjedelig smakløs ost. Billig skinke. Bare hardkokte egg. Noe frukt, men i små skåler der en kunne forsyne seg med en liten skje. Tynn smakløs grøt. Men en god kaffemaskin ga oss god velsmakende kaffe.

Knøtt liten heis. Ved utsjekk ble kommenterer om frokost mottatt med sure miner.

Viihtyisä hotelli Tallinnan vanhassa kaupungissa

Erinomainen sijainti aivan Tallinnan vanhan kaupungin kupeessa. Meillä oli poreammeella varustettu sviitti joka vastasi odotuksia tilojen puolesta.

Aamiaiselta odotimme hieman enemmän. Mitään ei varsinaisesti puuttunut, mutta viiden tähden hotellissa odottaisi aamiaisen olevan premium-tasoa.

Hyvä valinta muutaman päivän kaupunkilomalle.

Sijainti erinomainen, lauantai-iltana kadulta kuului jonkin aikaa meteliä mutta ei häirinnyt nukkumista. Meillä siisti pienehkö perushuone. Aamupala riittävän monipuolinen, hyvää puuroa. Pieni hotelli, joten esim. aamupalalla rauhallinen tunnelma.

Kylpyhuoneessa voisi olla lattialasta, jolla pyyhkiä lattia suihkun jälkeen. Välillä tuli viemärinhajua kylpyhuoneen lattiakaivosta.

Kerrassaan upea hotelli!

Pyynnöstämme huone vaihdettiin huoneeseen ilman kokolattiamattoa. Huone ja koko hotellin sisustus on tyylikkään harkittu yksityiskohdiltaan. Yleisissä tiloissa leijuu hienostunut tuoksu. Aamiainen ja lounas olivat erinomaiset. Henkilökunta iloista, ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Tästä hotellista tuli uusi kantapaikkamme. Sijaintikin on loistava.

totally recommend

I stayed 6 nights in early January to attend a sporting event in Tallinn. The hotel was quite nice, the location was fantastic! The standard double room was a very comfortable size for one person to stretch out in. Bathroom was modern and extremely clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, cleaning staff pleasant. Bonus points for warmth! The week I visited was during a cold snap with temperature at 0F/18C all day long. The windows were not drafty, the individual thermostat allowed me to crank the heat when I wanted. Nice and cozy restaurants close by on some bitter days. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely visit again.

Расположение, номер, персонал.

Маленький лифт, в ресторане нет кетчупа, пришлось купить свой. Парковка в торговом центре Сибелиус за 20 евро в сутки.

Quiet little hotel with great location !

Quiet atmospere, excellent service. Everything was clean and location of the hotel is excellent near the Freedom square in the brink of the old town.

Breakfast was problematic. Coffee machine was broken, but finally some special Coffees could be ordered. Selection of food was small. Service personell was overwhelmed.

Fabulous. The ONLY place to stay in the old town

location, price, staff, wonderful room, comfy bed…and amazing buffet..what more can you want Definitely 5 stars in every way. .particularly the staff hats off to joseph who provided us with superb service...with a smile and hello all the time. From the service, location, room, bed, buffet…you name it..this was a great hotel…and I have stayed at hundreds around the world (not the most luxurious of 5 stars but definitely a 5 star). we had a suite which had a bedroom area and a living room type area with chairs, bar area, desk , TV …plenty of room for our stuff. Also a big bathroom with a huge spa tub. The bed was the best bed I slept in our entire trip. desk was roomy with plenty of plugs. Wifi worked just fine. Location was perfect (when i booked i was not sure). Close to everything … lots of restaurants and taverns and just a few minutes walk to the town center. The buffet and breakfast service were terrific. Our first morning we were greeted with ..would you like some champagne? Priceless. Buffet had caviar (red and black of course) different kinds of herring, lox, all kinds of hot dishes, cold dishes, pastries and other desserts. And if that was not enough …it was….a menu to order other items (no extra charge) …like waffles…which I definitely recommend. I had booked parking in advance. they have three spaces half a block away. If we did not have that space, not sure where the additional parking is so definitely reserve in advance Reception staff was always helpful, as were the waitresses at breakfast, the bell hop, everyone . super friendly and aimed to please. what a 5 star is all about. Website photos are accurate portrayals of the hotel I cannot say enough about staying at this hotel. If you want to stay in the old town, and I am sure as a tourist you do, this is the place. Note: you can only make a right, not a left, on to the street into the old town where the hotel is. Hotel is right there when you turn onto the cobblestone street.

タリン滞在を最高のものにしてくれました

朝食がとても豪華で最高でした。アメリカンブレックファーストに加え、サーモンやニシンといった北欧ならではのメニュー、注文すると作ってくれるオムレツやワッフル、ケーキ類などとにかく豪華でした。まさかのシャンパンもあり、朝から優雅な気分が味わえます。ホテルの雰囲気もクラシカルでとても素敵でした。旧市街にあるため観光にも便利ですし、トラムやバスの停留所も近いので空港からもフェリーターミナルからもアクセスしやすかったです。こんなに素敵なホテルなのにとってもお値打ちで泊まれて最高でした。凄くおすすめです。

なし。あえて言うならカードキーの調子が悪く、フロアに入る扉がなかなか開けられなかったこと。すぐに交換してもらえたので大きな影響はなかったですが。

Great clean room but no vegetarian room service options

Fantastic and very clean room. Great location. Nice breakfast. Very nice and friendly bell boy who took my luggage at reception.

I called for room service as wanted a quick snack as was hungry when I arrived at about 4pm and I was told on the phone that there was no vegetarian options so basically there were no options for me and I had no choice but to eat some crisps from the mini bar (which I was charged for). This is shocking for a 5 star hotel. The lady was quite abrupt and sounded a bit irritated on the phone with me. Also one lady receptionist with dark hair wasn't the friendliest and quite grumpy most of the time. The rest of the staff were great. For these reasons, the hotel doesn't get a 10 rating.

Good for one night

The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the view was good. We were also able to open the windows wide for fresh air. The location of the hotel right at the perimeter of the old town was fab.

The breakfast was average.

no separate shower, only shower in bath which was very difficult to navigate as the bath is quite high.

Fair value for money but for sure not a 5stars stay.

The hotel location is great, just on the outskirts of the old city, close to everything(shops, restaurants). Breakfast was good enough. Room was clean and comfy.

There was no room service and the restaurant closes at 9 or 10pm. Quite unexpected from a 5 stars hotel. Light in the room is pretty bad, there are no room lights other than one lamp on the desk and the 2 night stand lamps. Elevator is small(max 2 slim persons can fit in it), moving really slow and in case you have your room on the upper floors is better to take the stairs(especially in the morning) as everyone hurries for the breakfast.
