you did not allow ppl eating food at lobby areas and you were going around like police asking them to stop eating to force them to buy Your food instead (at the conference you took lots of money to host in your hotel) so grown up adults were forced to eat their lunch hiding at the bathroom cubicles or freezing in the parking lot and cars - you striped ppl out of their dignity - big shame on you - 0 stars

The room was lovely, the grounds were also really nice.
The staff in the spa and reception were great.
Apart from the chips which were delicious, the rest of the food lets the property down unfortunately.

The location of the hotel is lovely and the linen was spotless.
When we checked in we were given room 135. When we entered it was absolutely boiling. We tried to turn on the A/C, it had no electricity. There was an oil filled radiator on full. We went back to reception, they offered to move us, we said yes. They couldn’t get the keys to load so a receptionist took us to the new room. He knocked and then opened the room. The room was still occupied, there obviously no spare rooms. We were marched back down to Reception, by this time, 4.30pm, we only had 45 minutes to get ready as were being picked up at 5.15pm. This was totally unacceptable.

A room for a few nights
Left my watch in the room on the bedside table and then less than an hour after checking out it apparently wasn’t there. I assume cleaning staff got a little bonus that day.

It served a purpose and I have used this hotel before
1) no towels in spa and spa pool not working. Another guest complained and was rudely dealt with by the hotel staff. 2 the most pale and plastic-tasting scrambled eggs I have ever seen. 3) a hold put on my credit card without prior notification - it's just their policy and I should have read it on the registration card according to the snappy staff member. 4) tv not networked so no screen- mirroring available. 5) poor signage to rooms resulting in a much longer walk than necessary. 6) no soap in bathroom, just another single-use shampoo bottle

I have stayed there before and like the setting
I booked the suite for 3 nights at over 750Pounds
After first night i raised a concern to front desk that for a 700-pound suite, i dont want to have to put the kettle on the floor to boil water for tea as there is no place and no extension cable offered.
No heating but to be given a small portable oil heater for the cold nights dropping down to 4Degs but unable to use it as have to charge mobile phones therefore only able to do one thing. Very cold and really not worth it…..
I raised this again with the reception staff the following day and apart from “sorry to hear” nothing done……..
So far I have had no follow up from them after my final report on checking out. It’s like they dont care…. And if they dont care that i am personally axing over 750 pounds then i will no longer go back.
Shocking experience and I will be reporting to all my Expats friends who travel not to go there as anything else is better value…

Beautiful grounds, lovely facilities.
Good food, great breakfast.
Pool and sauna great.
Massive queue to check in. We had to wait an hour to be able to check in.
QR code to get hotel service details only partially works - could not get any information on menus for example.
No towels in our room on arrival.

The breakfast and dinner was great
When we arrived it was a warm welcome and cookies given.( the only good part ) for just 10mins . Nothing more !!
When asked very any questions the staff wasn't as much happy to give the answers or help ...anything you would ask for they come up with health and safety..but for that they also need to chk the condition of thier rooms when they go on all about health and safety..as we booked our stay for 2 nights with air cons not functioning and a child with us (2yrs) they provided 2 oil heaters in the room which can really be very harmful for the child especially when they run around in the room.
The pool was out of order could not even enjoy with my child as she loves playing in the pool one of the main reasons why the hotel was booked so we could spend some great time.
Ohh by the way for the breakfast there was a lady staff who can also lose her temper ..lol I don't want to get any further into this cz there is no point at all.
I would really say if anyone wants to opt at other options around the area please do so even of its £50 extra go for it .
Thought it would be a great time but was very disappointed.

Convenient location. Easy parking. Attractive public areas. Smiling attentive staff.
Room 310 was far too dark. No bedside lights. One corner light and 1desk light insufficient for the size of room. Bathroom well lit and room entrance well lit.

Really lovely hotel for a break away with friends.
The room was modern and clean and a good size.
Staff were all pretty friendly
We've stayed before with children, and without - this is a great family friendly hotel so be aware that if you're travelling without children, you may want to visit the restaurant and pool at quieter times as it can get busy and noisy (which doesn't bother me - but may not be ideal for some).
The breakfast and dinner were great, breakfast had plenty of options, also gluten free cereals, soy milk and alternative milks as well. Constantly being replenished.
Only twenty minutes from Windsor - we've stayed here before for Legoland Breaks and it's a lovely base to come back to at the end of the day.
Only minor minor thing was a shortage of robes in the fitness suite

I used room service and received a different meal from the one I had ordered. I couldn’t get the tv to work. This happened last time I stayed too.

Room was decent & bed was comfortable. I liked they provided Water bottle & appreciate early check in when room was available.
We booked the hotel specifically to use spa & even booked massage for 1 hr each. We found put on the day that massage is changed to 30 mins each due to therapist being ill. We’ll thats outside control so its fine but, the most disappointing part was spa facilities.
Steam, Sauna & Jacuzzi were not working. So, couldn’t use any of them. The receptionist didn’t bother to notify during check in so only found out after changing to swimsuit.

The bedrooms were big and spacious. The pillows were great. The TV was a great size. Really nice shower room. Plenty of parking spaces. Nice touches when we checked in. Like a freshly baked cookie for all guests. Coloring pack for the younger members of our party. It was ideal location for staying before going to Lapland.

The swimming pool was okay, the rooms and service is horrible.
This is the 5th time we’ve been to this hotel, and it will be the last one.
We had booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child, the bed for the child was not done when we arrived at 10pm. It was so late that we had to do it by ourselves.
The bathroom had the ceiling peeling off and the towel hanger was falling everytime we tried to put the towel.
But the worst was that the towels had holes in them, in a 4 stars hotel this is simply unacceptable.

Pool area was fantastic beautiful grounds
I didn’t like the breakfast area not enough options coffee area was to tight and busy as before staff would ask you if you want a coffee. I have stayed at the manor plenty of times before i definitely feel the manor’s not the same any more

Comfortable room. Good breakfast.
Dreadful check-in experience. And no upgrade available despite requesting it well in advance.

I absolutely loved the mattress. I haven't had a good night's sleep in 2 years. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and Fybromialgia alongside other medical conditions.
The kids really enjoyed their stay and all the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.
I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. The kids didn't enjoy the vegan sausages.
The glasses in the bedroom were dirty.
There is no fridge in the room. I took sandwich mix to make sandwiches for the following day to take to legoland for the kids. When I contacted reception, they said yes, they do have a fridge. When I got to the room, they didn't have a fridge, and all my sandwich mix went off.

The room was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cookies were nice and the location was great.
Unfortunately we had booked the hotel especially because it had a pool, to try to make a weekend trip for my daughter to have an operation a bit more exciting. When we got there, there was a sign on the desk to say the pool would be shutting early due to unforeseen circumstances, at 5. We were expecting it to be open until 8pm so were looking forward to lots of swimming time. Luckily we got in the pool before it closed but after half an hour they said we had to leave, as it was the changing rooms which were open until 5 but not the pool! As a result we were really disappointed and wish we’d just booked somewhere else without a pool - there were plenty of options for a lot less money, we especially chose this hotel due to the pool. In the week they’d emailed to give us a heads up about pool times but didn’t email to let us know about the early closure. The poolside area was also quite dirty.

Clean - nice location - pool was great, pool and reception staff were fantastic especially with the kids
The evening meal was an absolute car crash. 3 of the 4 meals we wanted were not available due to a wedding the day before. The restaurant was shut and the bar staff were totally clueless. Orders were late or wrong for everyone waiting. Some items didn’t arrive at all and they blamed not sending it to the kitchen when half of the order made it fine. We paid for a meal within our room rate but ended up with a bill for £125. We challenged this and the bar staff had no clue at all, I even had to explain what a room rate was. It was sorted in the end but multiple families had issues. We asked for a special meal for the kids as none of the kids options were available which was plain chicken breast and chips which they agreed too. Sliced chicken tikka steaks arrived which very much looked like a left over from the wedding the day before. My 5 and 8 year old don’t eat tikka so we paid an extra £50 on our room rate for 2 bowls of chips. My partner also ordered linguine and a bowl of spaghetti turned up, not a big deal but very disappointing on top of it all.
