Quiet location, fun bar, and quality service make this a hidden gem in Mayfair.
Breakfast portions are a bit underwhelming. Also, the room was even smaller than expected - understandable in an old hotel, but it may have been laid out in a better way to allow us to open two suitcases at the same time.
The main issue was with a fire alarm: the entire hotel had to vacate the premises after midnight on a cold evening for about 20 minutes. The same alarm rang again at 4AM, but only for a few minutes - quite jarring. A bottle of wine was given as an apology, but as there was clearly never any fire, no proper explanation was given. I would have preferred a credit at the restaurant or against the room.

We came here as our original hotel was not stay able. The Stafford was incredible and couldn’t fault them in anyway. We felt so welcomed and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. Saved iur trip

The room size was very very small, we asked for classic king room, however the room size was very small for two persons.

Great location and wonderful American Bar for drinks and snacks.
The accommodation areas smell old and it looks tired. My room was very poor with low grade patch repairs and a door that would not lock. Bathroom was an issue, small shower cubicle with poor drainage. General smell of damp.

loved the staff and the charm everyone was very welcoming. great old rooms.
room was very very small and pricey for what it was. cleaners interrupted us a few times as we didn’t have do not disturb on our door. One came into our room in the evening and gave us a massive fright
