Very friendly, welcoming staff. A great position to explore Christchurch by foot. A good restaurant and great breakfast.
Everything was good.

Overall the quality of the food was very good. Also the location in the centre of Christchurch was what we needed.
The size of the car parking is limited.
The bathroom would be better and safer, particularly for older occupants, if there was a handle near the side of the bath to assist getting in and out.

Absolutely beautiful rooms we stayed for our wedding night
My only criticism was our room servise lady her uniform was very dirty

Friendly welcome. Superb bar very well run with attention to detail. Good dinner menu and good choice. Excellent location for exploring.
My only ask would be to add kippers or haddock for breakfast.

Location fantastic, could walk to Christchurch habour and Town 5 minutes.
Hotel nicely decorated.
Was mentioned in the booking, but room in eves of hotel 3rd floor. I'm 6ft2 and could only stand upright in 50% of the room! Very hot, noisy as face main road. Not much sleep awoke by seagulls at 5am, bin men at 6am.
Staff pretty miserable on first day, poor welcome, and told lifts not working, with no offer to assist to 3rd floor wit bags! Day two Staff completely different, friendly, helpful and lifted our mood. Breakfast was hidden, could not help yourself to a croissant or bit of fruit, all had to be requested, but never offered. Waited at bar and 10min later male staff member took our order and disappeared never came back, 10 minutes later female staff ask to take our order and disappeared, 10 min later a 3rd staff member brought our drinks from the restaurant bar I presume. No bill, so walked to restaurant bar to offer payment as no staff in back bar. £17 for 2x gin and tonic. Inc £2 service charge- unreal!!!

The room was at the back of the hotel and was quiet. Facilities were good. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Parking available.
A small niggle that the tea and coffee facilities were in a cupboard which made it a bit cramped.

Location , handy for High St, Priory and most beautiful walk by riverside to quayside.
Comfortable rooms, really good breakfast in pleasant surroundings.
Staff friendly.
my big thing was we returned from a drive Sunday evening to find no car spaces opposite hotel. As its a bit busy on the road we drove past and parked . Phoned Hotel fir almost 20 minutes using different selections and no reply. Eventually walked back to hotel and was told there was more parking nearby but they couldn’t find the map showing the way. Senior person showed us a space in the original car park which probably wasnt really a spot as it had a raised kerb.
Bath : not good enough for people with limited movement , grab rail required.
Couldn’t shut the sash window.

Spacious room. Tasteful decoration. THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR REPRODUCTION ON YOUR WEB SITE.
Could hear neighbour's TV through walls. Bathtub too high to step into; no grab holds; drain in middle precludes use of non-stick mat. Insufficient surround at sink. Toilet roll holder on left hand side. No sanitary bags. Chairs in room too deep to permit comfortable seat. In sum bathroom and some fittings designed for appearance rather than utility and comfort.

Did not like the toiletries provided. Due to them being attached to walls found dispensing difficult especially when trying to get bubbles in the bath

Breakfast. Staff. Ambiance. Decor.
Reception. Having gratuities added to bill. Gratuities are a customers prerogative not the supplier

everything. interesting style, kind staff, great facilities
our room was a bit dark which was a shame

The bath was beautiful but unuseable. It was too deep and lacked any handles or other means of climbing in and, more importantly, out.
The breakfast menu was impressive, but the scrambled eggs were awful. If hotels can't provide freshly cooked scrambled eggs (which is difficult) they should not offer them or put a warning on the menu.

We like the Rooom & location.
We only stayed one night and were without hot water in the evening & in the morning as the boiler had broken down. I understand the hotel can’t help that but it would’ve been nice if they come round and told people and apologised.

We will definitely use this hotel again.
