A nossa viagem a Fátima foi excepcional. O Hotel é fantástico e tem a particularidade de ficar junto ao Santuário de Fatima.
Estivemos muito bem instalados, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e o serviço é Prime.
Tudo muito limpo. O Jantar estava fantástico!

A very nice hotel, a stone's throw away from the Sanctuary. Very accessible, near the shops and restaurants. Staff are the best

Perfect location, walking distance to all the highlights of Fatima. Beautifully decorated hotel with lots of space. Underground parking was a bonus. The bedroom was spacious and had an opening window which is perfect for fresh air as opposed to air con all the time.
The breakfast was a little disappointing. The bacon was hard and the scrambled egg cold. No fresh tomatoes. The brewed coffee was awful and the coffee machine broken all the time as there were no visible instructions for use and many people did not know how it functioned.

Everything was excellent! A few steps to the basilica, friendly, courteous and helpful staff, parking garage for our car, super breakfast buffet, and comfortable beds.

the location is perfect, the staff friendly, the rooms are nice, not the Ritz, but very nice and a generous size. We had a breakfast included, and it was not too bad with the exception of the self serve expresso machine not working every day.

This is a step away from Fatima's Sanctuary. The best part of this place are the people who work here.

The hotel is ideally located because the Sanctuary and Basilica are just walking distance. Convenient also for souvenier shopping. The hotel felt and smelled clean overall - made me feel "safe". The room, specially the bathroom, was a good size! A lot of choices for breakfast. The staff (sp. one of the ladies - I forgot to get her name - she's a little on the short side, no disrespect here, and with dark hair- I think all of the guests LOVE her because she has such a positive and friendly personality - and greeted us with a GENUINE smile everyday!) was very accommodating. The Christmas eve dinner was also superb!
