Did the trick but as I mentioned it was difficult to get to sleep due to other noisy patrons in the

The walls were thin and this meant that we could hear all that a noisy group was making in the hallway and in the adjoining room.

Great stay & hopefully the update does some justice.

Staff were great at reception & location was perfect for me

The bathroom was quite out of date & shower had mold in the shower head. But they seem to be renovating a lot of the rooms. So hopefully it’s updated when I decide to come back.

Would never stay there again and would not recommend the hotel

Bathroom door held together by sellotape basin tap not secured ordered meal in hotel restaurant with family there was 1&1/2 hour difference from our dinner been served total shambles kitchen staff should of been fired on the spot would never

Will definately recommend this motel!

Loved the location to the airport. Loved the convenience of the restaurant. Room was beautiful and spotless. Great value for money!

Clean and comfortable room but facilities lacking

Easy location to get to from the airport, room was comfortable

Property had no elevator which made it really difficult with heavy suitcases, would have expected one with it being an airport hotel as most people will likely have heavy bags. Tried to photocopy my credit card details on check in even though we had already paid which I didn’t feel comfortable about the hotel having my card details and security code. Room an odd shape so couldn’t get the cases to the larger side of the room without dragging them across the bed. Bathroom looked like it had been renovated but still had the old shower head which didn’t work very well.

Friendly staff, value for money! Don't complain if you want a 5 star but only want a cheap price.

Value for money paid. don't expect a 5 star when only paying for a 3 star. Free airport shuttle to and from added value for money. Staff very helpful and friendly. Huge bed was very comfortable and towels the softest.

Hotel cancelled our booking due to flood damage previous week. Didn't cancel our booking till last minute so we couldn't find alternate booking. Would have been helpful if they'd given us more warning they were going to cancel. I realise weather is out of their control but the flood happened 7 days previous so could have given more notice.

The price was good. The furniture was fairly good and everything was clean. The staff were good.

No room to move between the end of the bed and the tele. Luckily we aren't big people. Even with the blinds closed light still came in at the sides. No lifts, had to drag cases up stairs. People sitting on the stairs and alot of family noise, children, babies etc till late. The doors had been repainted white but knocks and scratches made the dark paint underneath show through, looked tacky.

mould on the walls of the shower & mould on ceiling of the restaurant. Plug did not fit the handbasin. mattress on bed was rock hard. will never stay in this place again

Filthy and revolting. The second room was semi comfy but would never stay there again.

Priya and the housekeeping manager did their best in a bad situation.

The cleanliness was revolting. Dirty tissues on floor, bed remade with dirty sheets covered in pubic hair, dirty face cloth in shower, floors hasn't been vacuumed or washed. Whole place was filthy. Bathroom vanity in second room was falling off the wall. Shower dirty. Furniture falling apart. Waiting room/lounge absolutely disgusting with used bandaids on the furniture. Wouldn't let a homeless dog stay there.

Great for the price.

Staff were amazing. Great communication and attending to us when we needed blankets.

We joined the beds together and noticed that it hadn't been vacuumed under the bed. Really dusty.

Clean and well maintained

Only minor things, they had forgotten to fill liquid hand soap container by sink though there was another in shower. Only one coffee cup available for use when there were 2 of us otherwise everything else excellent.

Great place for me and my family

I always come back here. I love the facilities here that suits me or when I bring my family. Caters to every person or family.

I liked everything, from the free wi fi to the complimentary shampoo and conditioner.
