Bel hotel bien placé avec tres bon restaurants

Hospitalité tres moyenne: aucun sourire, froid et limite impoli. Inacceptable vu le prix de l’hôtel. Tres mauvaise surprise de constater également que le petit déjeuner est en supplément

we were pleasantly surprised by the great service and quality of our stay!

I've stayed at hundreds of hotels, but this one definitely takes the cake. It was flawless from start to finish—from the moment I stepped in the door until I left. The room was spacious and chic, consisting of two areas with modern design elements that made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. And the staff was incredible: they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! It was a pleasure to enjoy this hotel and I would definitely recommend it for a business trip or just for a weekend getaway. The hotel is located in a very central area, close to many tourist attractions, like the beach and shopping centers. I found it easy to move around the city thanks to its location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, good facilities, and convenience. Special thanks to the rooms division manager Ms. Revital, she does a great job solving even minor problems that guests can have. I really appreciated her professional and prudent approach to her work; she is really a dream manager for any hotel chain, a manager to learn from. Great breakfast and dinner, plenty of options to choose from, a large diversified pool area, wine, soft drinks, and fruits in the room. Whatever you desire, this hotel has this! My sincere thanks for a perfect stay and I'll definitely be back!

Booking.com made terrible mistakes and even though we were compensated it was very stressful

Excellent. We were in May 2022 all 17 members of the family and we loved it and came again this Jan.

Excellent suite, location, clean room and surroundings.

Lack of hair fan (we could ask for it but we had our private one) and dishes soap for the hot drinks mags.

Nice New Year

Pretty nice hotel with friendly staff. Pool aria is good designed and prepared for both adults and children.

Some small things are missed, like dental kit in bathroom, somewhere lack of cleanliness.

It is a nice hotel.

The room, the location and the sercvice was good. It was very clean. The pool with sand is special one.

There was a reconstruction work, and it gave a noise in the morning, and the restaurant was full with children and to loud and crowded.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel, with beautiful, well-kept gardens, surrounding a series of pools. Just 1 block back from the beach. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable.

It was pricey, especially considering breakfast wasn’t included. The cost of breakfast, if not pre-paid, was eye-watering! With a few exceptions, the staff were not very friendly.

The staff very friendly and kind. The rooms are a good size and very confortable. The breakfast was great.

The pool is a bit complicated for little babies there is no eash access especially to the sandy part you literally have to jump down from a little wall not easy for little babies, prams, handicaped or even convenience its hard to go down with your bag and stuff.

Was sitting have garden view but instead had view of roof to. Breakfast was very disorganized.

great room and location. excellent stay for families. highly recommended

large variety of rooms. we had family room which had spacious room for 5 with 2 showers. great pool. the little kids enjoy it very much

expensive breakfast and during the weekend the rate was even higher. we couldn’t have a bundle in advance with reduce price. breakfast was excellent however no option of cheaper option in the hotel during early morning. we went outside for a cafe shop one day
