Great lobby. Very comfortable beds. Quiet. Which is what we needed for a long day ahead. Close to the train station.

Close to the centre of Lille and railway stations. 20 minute walk to Cita Parc and the zoo. Ideal for families. We had a double bed and sofa bed for the three of us. Breakfast has a wide choice and staff are efficient in topping up food and clearing away tables etc.
Room was clean and there were enough towels. The bar area has board games and table football so great for relaxing. Lunchtime menu looked great although didn't have time to try it.
Nothing really......perhaps some better pillows as they were a bit lumpy, but that was personal choice.

I thought breakfast was included at the price of the room but was told it was extra on arrival which was a shame.
Not enough comfortable chairs to watch the big scree.

Breakfast over priced. we had to prepare our own eggs!!! (NEVER ever experienced this). Rooms had no drinking water (again NEVER ever experienced this)!!!

Staffs are pretty friendly, Wi-Fi is fast.
The bed is not super comfy but good enough.
It's close to the station, so you can leave the luggage in the hotel when you check out, and then come back to fetch it when you're about to catch the train.

I was sick and they allowed me to check out at 2 pm instead.
The hotel is a little worn down and it was a bit cold, but they had placed an additional heater in the room.

Very central location.
small family room. Had to open the window at night, otherwise the air was too musty.
Both the handsoap and shampoo containers in the bathroom were empty when we arrived.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The room was comfortable.
There was constant sewage smell in the corridor. It hit you the moment you exited the elevator or opened the door of your room. I tried to order food but there was a mix-up between reception and kitchen and they were arguing in front of me.

Friendly staff, room and bed size were very satisfying. The toilet was always clean and the breakfast was also good.
The location was great for my trip, very close to the main station and to the conference center.
There were some not so positive thing in my staying, but some are not possible to improve. For example, the toilet bowl is located in a different room from the sink.
Also, the bath soap dispenser un-glued itself from the wall in the middle of the night.
