Hôtel bon rapport qualité/prix. Bien situé.

Hôtel très bien comme annoncé. Personnel très gentils et seviables

Pour la chambre 207 que j avais le WC se detache du mur... si ma fille qui est de forte corpulence avait été avec moi .. ça aurait posé problème.

Basic and spacious

The room fit us all in. It was clean.

The plug was totally blocked in the shower, so we were left swimming in dirt. The staff weren’t the friendliest.

Cheap, budget accommodation. Fine for 1 night maximum.

Easy to find from airport. Quick check in. Macdonald's round the corner to grab some food after a late arrival.

Very, very basic. Shower room like a caravan. No kettle, water etc in room. One flat pillow each and uncomfortable mattresses. Wasn't pre-informed of charge to use the car park!

Boffff, les 2 autres hotels à coté sont d experience bien mieux .. Mieux isolé (bruits et chauffage )

Racisme manifeste dans cet hôtel

Il m'est impossible de répondre à cette question. Le personnel de cet hôtel ne nous a pas laissé la possibilité d'apprécier ou pas leur établissement.

Bonjour, J'entends dès ce lundi porter plainte contre cet établissement pour avoir porté un préjudice moral à mon amie et pour discrimination raciale. En effet j'ai effectué depuis mon compte Booking une réservation pour une amie Suisse qui était de passage à Paris le temps d'un week-end. La réservation avait été payée d'avance pour deux nuits à mon nom. Dans la nuit du vendredi 1er Décembre au samedi 02 Décembre j'y ai déposé mon amie. Le réceptionniste nous a enregistré et lui a remis la carte pour sa chambre. Je tiens à préciser que nous sommes arrivées à l'hôtel à 03h00 du matin. Mon amie a rencontré des difficultés sur son trajet Genève Paris, le Train a rencontré un retard de deux heures c'est donc très exténuée qu'elle arrive dans cet hôtel et le matin venu le personnel de cet hôtel n'a pas trouvé mieux à faire que de lui réserver un réveil en fanfare la sommons de quitter la chambre en dépit des explications de mon amie à ce personnel leur expliquant que la réservation était pour deux nuits qu'elle n'entendait pas sortir de la chambre de si tôt car elle était épuisée. Ce personnel visiblement incompétent n'a pas trouvé mieux à faire que d'effectuer une main courante contre mon amie au motif qu'elle aurait verbalement agressée une réceptionniste enceinte. J'ai dû laisser toutes mes occupations de ce samedi 02 décembre 2023 pour me rendre d'urgence à cet hôtel afin de mettre au clair cette situation qui tournait en cauchemar pour mon amie qu'ils ont malmené comme une mal propre, ils l'ont traité comme une mendiante pour avoir refusé de quitter sa chambre et l'autre motif évoqué était que la réservation n'était pas faite à son nom propre. Voici ma conclusion: Cet établissement première classe de Bussy-Saint-Georges a déposé une main courante contre mon amie au motif que le ton verbal employé par cette dernière aurait été agressif envers leur réceptionniste enceinte.

Manque d équipement

Proche de disney , petit déjeuner pas cher , et à volonté. Le personnel est top .

-Réservation chambre de 5 : 2 lits sont prêt le reste à faire nous même . Pas cool quand on arrive tard avec un bébé de 20 mois et que vous devez terminer les lits . - chambre de 5 = seulement 3 prises !!! La aussi compliquer 3 prises pour 5 -pas de brosse dans les WC.. compliquer à nettoyer après notre passage pour laisser propre pour le suivant

Grande chambre pour 5 personnes très bien et propre proche des parc Disney et de la vallée village super.

La salle de bain devrait être rénovée et peux vieillot.

Disneyland'a gitmerk için bu otelde konakladık 2 gece boyunca.Bölge çok güvenli ve Gayet her şey yeterli , güzeldi.Tren istasyonun çok yakında ve 2 durak sonrası Disneyland.

Kahvaltı maalesef çok yetersizdi.

We hadden geen ontbijt.

De kamer was veel te klein. Het was er niet echt schoon. Hotel mag wel een opknapbeurt krijgen. De badkamer was oud met bruine randen overal ook in de toiletpot. Op de verwarming zaten vieze vlekken.

Un hôtel avec lits très confortables, aucun bruit extérieur, salle de douche spacieuse et télé très grande !! J'y reviendrai !!

L'essentiel côté confort, pratique et sécurisé

L'accueil, la borne électrique, le prix, sa situation et il semble très bien sécurisé.

On a jugé trop élevé le prix du petit dej par rapport à ce qui était proposé.

Plutôt bien.

L'hôtel est situé à côté d'un autre hôtel qui propose des buffets pour manger donc très bien quand on est à pied. Également à 15-20 minutes à pied de la station de métro.

La télé marché très difficilement et mon porte savon étant cassé j'ai dû faire intervenir le monsieur de l'accueil.

Être placé au rez-de-chaussée; mon conjoint étant sorti le soir je ne me sentais pas en sécurité, la porte fermant mal. Des gens ont squatté le couloir jusqu’à 3/4h du matin à parler, claquer les portes des chambres ainsi que l’issu de secours pour sortir fumer des joints. Résultat une nuit horrible bercée par le doit bruit des voisins complètement irrespectueux.

Exactly what we needed

Great value for money. We booked for night before and a the end of our Disney stay. We wanted a comfortable and clean budget place and that's exactly what we got. Room was perfect for our large family and the staff member who checked us in went above and beyond to help with our booking which had only gone through for two people. Would happily stay again. Location was great for us.

Really good hotel for Disneyland Paris, I would recommend for a small family.

Excellent location for Disneyland 10 min walk to the station which was easy to locate via iPhone. The room was basic which was to be expected for the price but it was clean upon arrival and cleaned everyday with fresh towels every day. The bathroom was clean and the room we were located was very quiet.

That you could only have one pillow each. Although they were plump and comfortable it would have been nice to have another.
