Tres beau séjour

Très belle vue du 25ème étage

Accès un peu difficile à pied depuis le métro. Une climatisation très forte qui crée un contraste saisissant avec l'extérieur

特にはありません。湾仔への中心地にはトラムで。普段と違う乗り物での移動はなかなか楽しかったです。

Excellent séjour ;)

Bon accueil, enregistrement, services. Excellent petit dej. Chambre propre, lits confortables mais vraiment très petite pour 4 (chambre familiale réservée de 31m2 sur Booking, mais juste de 15m2 sur place). Certes chambre bien aménagée, mais vraiment même pas la place de poser les valises et 20cm de chaque côté des lits. Pas trop grave, car juste à l hôtel pour dormir, douche et petit dej, mais vraiment un peu juste (séjour de 8j).

Taille de la chambre (cf ci-dessus vraiment très petite pour 4). Localisation pas simple au début, 15mn station de métro à pied, trajet TramTram un peu long pour y arriver (faire d abord le tour de l hippodrome) mais rapide le matin pour partir en visite. Les bus sont aussi très pratiques à l usage (cf 6/6X) qui passent juste à côté. Et un service de navette de l hôtel aussi très bien venu. Temps d attente des ascenseurs aussi un peu long. Mais globalement excellent service.

The location - but only relatively as HK everywhere is convenient. It’s a very long walk to CWB MTR station

Horrible

Nothing. It stinks and the staffs aren’t very helpful. Did the online check in so I could go straight to the room but it also didn’t work, had to drag heavy suitcase up n down the staircases as there is no slopes to the reception.

It was surrounded by the cemeteries and soon as you open the window, all you see is thousands of tombstones. Rooms were super small and no storage for clothes. Old building and it smells like mildew and in the bathroom I saw lots of mold. Just horrible.

Family room

I really enjoyed the fact my children and I felt safe, in a welcoming environment. The hotel is in a good location and we caught the shuttle a few times which was extremely convenient. The breakfast was delicious and fantastic variety. The rooms bigger than most in Hong kong and were extremely comfortable.bmy children enjoyed the lolly cart between 6-7pm

We really enjoyed our stay overall, can't fault it at all.

- Zimmer im 25. Stock mit Blick auf die Pferderennbahn, wirklich klasse! - Breites Bett, viel Platz. - Super Badezimmer. - Super Lage, alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar. - Nettes Personal.

- Frühstück könnte täglich frische Crossaints enthalten, diese waren manchmal etwas pappig, ansonsten für europäische Standards ein wirklich ordentliches Frühstück.

For a short stay with basic needs. It is a good place to stay

Location is good. Close to subway, cable car and bus. It is clean

This hotel is not suitable for family stay with extra bed.

I did not expect that what i paid for the extra bed and just getting a bed put in the walk way and totally we cannot put our luggage.

The reception did not inform us that we need to put a tag on the door which we did not found it in our room if we need room cleaning.

I would love to go back. The kids had a really great time in the ocean suite

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We forgot to book an extra night for our last day in HK and they were so concerned about moving our family to a smaller room that they upgraded us to a very large room instead. It was a very good surprise and so grateful till this day for that. The location is actually very conveniently located to so many different places. It doesn’t seem that way as it is nestled in a quiet corner. It is kid friendly and they have candy hours and souvenirs for the children on arrival

Awesome staff!

Hotel staff were very helpful and attentive to the needs of guests. Location near bus stop, tram, and subway and the free shuttle service was provided going to central station.

No bidet in the bathroom.

Should be rated 3 star, not 4 star.

The room needed a second chair and a small table. The hotel needed a cafe where you could have a coffee/snack. The single pillow supplied was very thick and hard. No alternative.

Nice stay in a good location, but not excellent.

The bed was extremely comfortable, it was quiet at night for peaceful sleep, the door locks from the inside which is always a bonus, and the staff were very nice.

The breakfast is VERY repetitive. If you stay for more than 3-4 nights (like us) you’ll find yourself wanting to skip breakfast all together.

Good price but location is not great

Value for money considering that hotels are very expensive in HK. Free shuttle from hotel to Causeway Bay. Hotel is clean.

There is no MTR station nearby. Very long walk, about 15 min walk to Causeway Bay station, but there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel that runs every 30 min. Did not like the location being next to a cemetery which we did not know before hand. Noticed that the windows were opaque, then realised it was because it overlooked the cemetery.

Great location, very friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms

Excellent location in Wan Chai. Dorsett have a periodic shuttle service to drop you at several key locations around island including Causeway bay MTR.

I think room sizes are small for family of 4, I never tried any other hotel in HK, last time I stayed in Dorsett Mong Kok and rooms were small in that property too but guess this could be common across all hotels in city area. Not sure.

Not worth the money.

all kind of soaps are available and the ac is working good. They provide you an free umbrella when you need it.

The lady at the counter was not friendly. The standard room has no window you can open, it was closed and impossible to see outside because of a filter. So basically you don't have any view. The restaurant was closed during the typhoon while the mc donalds is open outside, it doesnt make any sense.. I could not extend my stay on booking because I wanted to pay with booking.com so I went down to the receptionist and she wasnt helpfull at all and gave me a very high price, much higher then booking.com.
