A little out of town but easy enough to get uber into town and be able to potter around the city and have dinner and then get another uber back to hotel - worked absolutely perfectly for family of 3.

The location is excellent, 10 minutes from the center of Aix-en-Provence. The room was clean. The staff is nice and helped with everything needed. There was a pleasant silence in the place and plesent linen.
The main problem with the room is its size - the room is small and packed with equipment, the bed is too small for two people, and the shower is also very small. Charging money for parking is a scandal.

Good value for money. very clean.
Whilst it was well looked after, and clean, it was a little bit old fashioned. could of done with a bit of modernisation.

Staff were helpful and nice and the it was a short drive from Aix en Provence.
- at the swimming pool, there is sign for no smoking but people were smoking there openly.
- the door to the balcony do not have handle on them so it makes it hard to close the properly when you are want to use the balcony. We have a small child sleeping in the bedroom while we were trying to enjoy some food and drink on the balcony. We could not close the door properly. The neighbours on there balcony next door, were listening to loud football much….
- place is also a bit dated.

The access to the room after 9pm was easy.
The room was clean but many marks where on the floor, the walls and different elements of the room. I found a lot of ants even inside the bed...
There was also stains on the sheets (I think they were clean but with "clean" stains).

Beds and linens are old...pillows are even not comfortable.
