Excellent location. Next to bus station and ten minute walk to main town. Very friendly staff.
Rooms were comfortable and reception area/bar area was nice place to relax. Breakfast outside on the terrace was very pleasant.
Room had view of train tracks and station. However we weren’t bothered by noise overnight.

Lost significant amount of money and called the hotel to ship it back to my address. They acknowledged that they have found it and didnt send it

Rooms are a bit small if you travel with kids and staying for multiple days.

The price is a little bit high, in low season. but the position is perfect. especially the stuff, are so nice!

good location in the centre of Annecy. good underground parking. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The major problem with the hotel is the fact it’s built on top of the railway station so every time a train goes by the noise is bad. Great location if you like train spotting.

Location everything nearby
- Wifi was not good and slow connection
- keycard was so bad we had to reset them every time
- Railway is under the hotel and make some noisy
- Room space was tight

The location was perfect! Staff at the bar were very nice.
It was quite expensive of what we got and the room was very basic. Having said that the room equipped coffee machine and capsules.
