Die Lage inmitten der Stadt und trotzdem in einem Park war sehr schön. Sehr viel Grün um das Hotel.
Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam.
Frühstück war kompl. alles was man braucht oder wünscht.
Obwohl draussen Mittags und Abend Restaurant stand, war es nicht möglich etwas zu essen. Nicht mal Snack oder einfache Sachen.
Ebenfalls hatte der Biergarten (bei bestem Wetter vor einem Feiertag sowie die BAR nicht geöffnet. Abends gegen 23:45 war nach unserer Rückkehr alles geschlossen.
Der Kartenleser am Haupteingang war defekt.
Auf unserem Zimmer blätterte die Farbe von Decke und Wand.
Keine Minibar (macht aber nichts). dann aber wenigstens ne Gratis Flasche Mineralwasser wäre gut gewesen.

Internet to improve as well as access control to parking areas - make sure multi entry tickets are working. On the other hand the receptionists were helpfully resolving minor difficulties in this field

only 1 pillow and a small blanket for a bed, even if for a room for 1 person is mean,
noisy room: the door of the room don't insulate from the corridor, and no insulation from the sound of the television of the other rooms..

location is good
realised after I had left the hotel that a considerable amount of cash had been stolen from my travel wallet. This had been left in my room inside my suitcase amongst my clothes. In hindsight I should have used the safe.
But its extremely upsetting to have been robbed by the cleaning staff. As it was inside the suitcase and under my clothes they have intentionally searched for this and removed the cash that it contained and then put the wallet back. Wont be staying there ever again!

The location is good for me and my requirements (tram, taxi satnd, disctance to center, connection to highway..)

Really good hotel. Night shift manager at hotel was really great, he took care of everything, was really interested in guests and solving their problems, very polite and great person to communicate with.
It was quite cold in room.

Hôtel old style, small bath towels, minor differences among different categories of bedrooms (bathrobe, coffee machine, slippers), the kindness of the personnel is not the same

Was an okay stay. Nothing that stands out. Probably a one-timer I don't think I will ever make a second visit to this stay.
I didn't like how they served the breakfast. I think it was due to the Covid, but still this should have been done so much better. First of all the staff struggled to understand English, so we already had a language barrier.
The breakfast was not the typical Hotel type breakfast (I guess Covid regulations). They told me that they have multiple things and I just have to ask for them. Due to the language barrier, they couldn't really explain what are my options and there was no list or something to choose from so it made it a bit weird and difficult to get something for breakfast. I ended up with some orange juice and a coffee that I could serve for myself. I think they should make a list or a menu so at least people can see what they can choose from.

The room was clean and even though the hotel is on a busy street, the room was very quiet, which was great. The bathroom was very spacious.
Staff was friendly.
When we arrived we were given a ticket to leave the parking lot. We weren't told that parking wasn't free, so that was a surprise at check-out (it's not super expensive though).

Very nice hotel with great Park views and location. Used to be a real grand hotel has lost that touch from the days a bit but still good.
