It was good. I expected a bit more, but maybe my stay was too short. I also suspect that it was not hotel for my specific needs. But I guess it is very good place for conferences and stays in big groups. I didn't take a spa, but it could be great.

I was by bicycle and there was no shed for bicycles. Or at least I did not get information about it. Hotel is big. Also the restaurant is spacious. I did not want to eat dinner in such a noisy space. I mean, maybe it was not noisy, just there were too many people inside. Breakfast was a bit late and not as diverse as I expected for such a big hotel. Hotel is not in the city center, so localisation was not the best for me. But as I mentioned, it just might be the perfect hotel for someone with different needs than mine.

Leider ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Umbuchen war nicht möglich. Zu hoher Preis für ein Zimmer diese Ausstattung. Der Pool war nicht zugänglich und das Hotel war rappel voll.

Im Zimmer D432 war das Bett schon belegt, mit Bettwanzen, einfach nur eklig. Von klein, mittel und groß war alles dabei. Hygienisch nicht zumutbar.

Sehr atmosphärisches, nettes Kongresshotel. Den Badebereich mag ich besonders gern, sowie die beiden Restaurants und die Bar. Für einen kurzen Wochenendtrip ideal. :)

Lage direkt am Wasser ist super, Das ganze Hoteldesign ist auf die historische Zeppelinfertigung an dieser Stelle ausgerichtet, sehr schön! Die Zimmer waren großzügig bemessen. Viel Spaß bereitet auch der Verleih von Spielen / hoteleigenen Wassertretern sowie das Beobachten der Natur vor Ort.

Das Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption war leider noch nicht so vertraut mit den eigenen Konditionen und Preispolitik, Das führte zunächst auf unsere Bitte hin zu einer Korrektur. Später stellte sich heraus, dass trotzdem noch nicht korrekt die Daten für alle Mitreisenden für das hinzugebuchte Frühstück eingegeben wurden. So gab es beim Frühstück immer nochmal Irritationen, bis auch dies bei unserer Abreise schließlich korrigiert wurde. Auch bei der Sauberkeit der Bademäntel und Korridore ist noch Optimierungspotential.

Ruhiger überschaubarer aber sauber und für die Größe umfangreicher spa Bereich

Die Lage ist natürlich weiter weg von Potsdam und Restaurants. Dafür ist es ruhig und am Wasser schön zum spazieren

Wir waren wieder begeistert. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal unterstützt den Aufenthalt und rundet ihn professionell ab. Wir fühlten uns bestens betreut und das beginnend mit der Rezeption bis zur Wellness- Abt. und dem Haus- Service. Wir werden das Hotel in Zukunft öfter nutzen.

Very comfortable rooms, excellent bathroom, good air conditioning. Pool facilities are excellent. Good breakfast and restaurant. Although some reception staff struggled with English speakers, most are very helpful and accommodating.

Location is quite out of the way. Taxis are a struggle to book so accessibility could be a problem.

The location, the room looked new and clean, the wellness was spacious.

Super facilities, great location by the lake. Fantastic place to relax for a few days. Great menu and breakfast buffet was delicious.

Great room, fine beds, room seems larger than it is because of the huge windows looking out onto the lake and shore. Beautiful view!

Balcony a bit tough if you experience vertigo - much of the floor is 'see through' metal grating. The hallways and common areas are clearly for conference use - extra wide, lots of dead space where, if needed, tables etc can be put. When there's no conferecne going on, it all looks a bit institutional.

Clean rooms and good location

Personnel is not speaking English at all. All tables were reserved in the restaurant, so we weren't able to have a meal after a long trip. (In an hour we were passing by the restaurant and saw, that a lot of tables were not occupied). It was super strange. The personnel in the restaurant were not polite at all. There was an option to go to the lobby bar to have some burgers/snacks/salads, not a bad option, but when you're after the road, you want to have a better meal. Anyway, we ordered the salad and waited for 30mins, and of course, no one had warned us in advance about such a long time to wait. Rooms don't have a conditioner. Will not return back here.

The massages from the wellness area were amazing. I highly recommend it!

kids love the pool and location by the lake. we biked all around many nearby lakes. great buffet breakfast. family rooms with doors between sleeping areas are really great.
