Чисто и тихо, номер просторный. Персонал отеля очень приветливый. Завтраки вкусные (хоть и однообразные). Для семей отличное место!

Нет пандуса при входе в отель, не удобно завозить коляску.

Apartamento bem decorado, muito confortável e silencioso. A senhora da recepção da noite e as duas meninas da recepção de domingo são incriveis! Gentis e simpaticas.

The suite I had was fantastic. Great apartment and kept well serviced and clean.

The food (and communication of) was diabolical. 1. I was told on day 1 that I could order from the in room menu (the booklet said up until 10pm. I tried to order at 7.30pm and was told no receptionist, no food. I ordered at 6pm on day 3 then 10 minutes later they phoned back and said no food due to “technical difficulties”. This expectation v reality is very inconvenient. There is clearly no chef so they must be ordering food from an external company (but only when the receptionist is there!). 2. Breakfast was a disgrace. Sausages sitting in cool water (maybe supposed to be warm?) means cold sausages. The scrambled egg was lukewarm one day - I tried it and had a bad stomach all day as a result. I tested it on the other two days but it was absolutely cold (and only 15 mins after start of breakfast). Flies around the fruit and flies inside the cover which sits around the bread. Finally, I sliced my leg on the corner of an out of shape but sharp glass table. This bled for much of the day, the receptionist didn’t seem to care - he gave me the ti it’s of plasters that only covered half of the cut.

Great staff, comfortable suite, and good location. Washing machine and kitchenette in room was very helpful. Liked it a lot.

Tub was a little high to step into. Could use a rail.

Very good location - walking distance from city center. The place is very nice and quiet, the interior garden is amazing. The suite was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. I would gladly recommend this place to any of my friends.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, big rooms, nice architecture, checkout at 12, really quiet, bed is super comfy, pillows were great, bath is pretty big (I'm 1.97m) :)

Last two days of our stay cleaning weren't good (only towels were changed)

Size of the room was great, 2 separate rooms, conveniently equipped, cozy, nice decor, 2 tvs. Breakfast was better than I expected, there was everything that we needed (sausages, scrambled eggs, cereal, cold cuts, cheese, ham, fruits, yoghurts, pastries, jam, etc). Excellent location, close to shopping street, restaurants, parks, zoo. There's a convenience store nearby.

Some crumbs fell on the floor, which we could not clean up because there was no broom. The cleaner left it there too, just made the bed. Coffee was not that great.

Comfy, modern, spacious room. The hotel is located close to the M1 metro line so it is very easy to get about in town. The staff is very helpful.
