hotel slippers were provided and the shower was nice and hot, albeit a tad cramped

We got a family room and it had a terrace. The beds were confortable and the staff very friendly.
we got the breakfast prepared to take away since we were going to check out very early and we really appreciated it.
The hotel itself is old not modern but the big rooms / space paid off.

Está a dos minutos de la estación central y a 20 minutos a pie De la Torre inclinada y demás sitios importantes de Pisa. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar. El personal es muy amable y servicial. La gran mayoría habla español. Limpio y cómodo.

Location is perfect, a few steps from the central station. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice. The staff very helpful, pleasant and always ready to assist, even before the arrival by giving all the necessary information.
It's a bit of an old building but this has its beauty and it strolls you to the style of the area.
