Exceptional

Wonderful location. Amazing for a holiday with kids. Perfect swimming pool and even a small football field. Nonetheless very quiet due to the size of the property.

The room required some TLC but we loved where it was.

Pool Closeness to Siena Breakfast

Our bathroom had a drains smell which wasn’t nice and one of the sinks was blocked. There was a shared kitchen but only one knife and one teaspoon in the drawer. No plates and one glass. There were no staff on site to help and no-one answered my email before we arrived. The reception was at another address.

Great place to relax

It was a blast! Beautiful place to relax and also to visit Siena. Everyone was so nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was really tasty and super fresh. The pool among the olive trees was amazing. We will definitely be back!

We will not visit again.

The host who met us to provide the key, gave us good recommendation for places to eat at Sienna. The house itself is beautiful and nicely decorated.

It is not a classic "country holiday" place - the property is not connected to a farm, it is located on the little town road and fenced around, so access to fields/nature is difficult. For breakfast we had to fill in a web form, with exact indication of what we will want to eat the next morning. Food was exact, not generous and not as natural, local and healthy as one would expect from a "country holiday" place. Wi-fi was really bad, the PW listed in the rooms was apparently wrong. The host is not located in the place, so you have no easy access to ongoing advise.

Simone was very helpful. Location and the outdoors of the Apartment was very nice.

The garbage was not being thrown out every day. It sometimes stayed in the house for 48 hours. We did not get new towels on a daily basis.

Beautiful place but too complicated check-in process

Beautiful place: nice interior design and beautiful setting.

The reception is not in the same building, it is a few minutes drive away. For breakfast you have to search for the place where you'll eat and for the room as well. You won't get what you said you want in the breakfast form (form which is weird in the first place at least for me). In my opinion, the administration should change the check-in process and the way they interact with the people staying. It is way too complicated and if you are on a vacation complications are the last thing you want. The property though is beautiful!

Peaceful

Breakfast, swimming pool, room was spacious, contact by WhatsApp was very convenient, easy to get taxis, staff were helpful and answered questions promptly.

Noise from traffic on the nearby road, not having own outdoor space - the table and chairs was shared by other guests in our building so if others were using them we didn’t have another option.

Lovely relaxing spot.

It was peaceful and beautiful.

Was tricky as check in was off site so it was a little bit of a muck around to check in. We had other travellers arrive on site and we had to give them directions to the check in area.

It’s like small cute Italian home, with a big garden space and a really big swimming pool. The property was very well maintained. The staff also went out of their way to serve us really good snacks in morning as a kind gesture. The owners are very kind and humble and made sure that our stay was really good.

swimming pool. olive orchard. table tennis. childrens play area. spacious room. fridge. location close to Siena, Chianti, San Gimignano, Florence. great place to stay while exploring Tuscany for a week. Simone was a great host.

Nice country stay near Sienna. Good but not outstanding accommodations. But very good breakfast.

Location in an Olive tree orchard was quiet and calm.

Check-in is in the local village, which is a short drive away. It's slightly inconvenient but not a big problem.

Exactly what you want for the perfect Tuscany experience

Superb

The property is gorgeous! The breakfast was delicious and convenient. Our apartment was spacious and comfortably equipped. We loved the peaceful location of the pool in an olive grove, with bonus bocci ball court, swings and peaceful tables with chairs set up in little gazebos among the trees.

The beds were so uncomfortable and squeaky. We could not get the rooms to cool down.

Good idea, poor execution. Could be a lot better

The garden looked ok. The guy who works there is also very nice.

The check in process is so improvised and awful. No glasses or cutlery in the room. Pool water was cold. Breakfast was really poor, but when asked, we got more so we didn’t end up staying hungry.
