Tremendous location in a wonderful city. First time I've visited Turin and I would wholeheartedly recommend the city and the hotel. Take your walking shoes, you'll need them.

The room was a little hot in a very mild January but once you mastered the thermostat it was fine. My only complaint was I only had four nights there...

The airconditioning in the rooms needs to have a more advanced operating system. Also, the hotel needs to have a taxi service with whom it contracts, to supply its guests with taxi services. It cannot be at the mercy of the public taxi service

The room was clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpfull too. The valet parking nearby was much appreciated as well.

The breakfast was not what one expects at a luxury establishment. Appart from beeing served a cup of not very hot coffee at the table, the breakfast was entirely self-service. Yes, there were lots of juices, fruit, cakes and cheese etc. etc. on offer, but this alone does not make an enjoyable breakfast. Having to unwrap mini butters, confitures and plastic yoghurt containers is tedious, and the mean little round tables in the breakfast room are hardly big enough for two persons to deposit there buffet choices. Additionally, the metal chairs were quite uncomfortable. On the terrace, the tables were much larger, but there were only a very small number of them on offer. The bathrooms in the 'deluxe' double rooms are quite small and the space to deposit one's own bathroom items there are very minimal.

Hotel, staff, location and breakfast all excellent

This hotel is beautiful and a wonderful place to arrive and refresh after traveling.

Nothing! The staff were friendly, I received a free upgrade to an amazing room and I was able to check early, which was a great convenience.
