The wellness spa was very good but I didn't realise guests had to book in and pay an additional cost.
Breakfast was nice and there was a good choice available.
There was a very friendly helpful waitress.
The family room was pleasant (and enormous).
The pictures are misleading. I was expecting beautiful views of the lake but I didn't see the lake from the hotel at all. There is a dilapidated building in front of the hotel and mesh on the dining room balcony both of which obscure the view.
I was surprised that guests do not automatically get to use the wellness centre for free. It is not cheap! But it is very nice and worth a visit.
Some of the reception staff were a little cold and standoffish.
The hotel is an odd layout inside. There are a mixture of offices and rooms on the ground floor and the dining area upstairs and the wellness centre tucked away down a corridor and a separate lift. Its like a maze and easy to get lost.

Piccoli particolari::
Non funzionava il bagno turco e non c'era nessuno a cui chiedere.
Ci si è rotto un bicchiere, abbiamo avvisato la reception che c'erano i vetri in camera, han detto che avrebbero mandato subito a pulire però non è arrivato nessuno.
C'è però da considerare che era l'8 dicembre.
Vista moto bella, peccato che era ostacolata in parte da un palazzo tutto rovinato.

Restaurant was good, nice terrace but also in this case ... renovation required
Room was ok but bit oldstyle - would require some renovation especially for a 4 stars hotel
Spaces in room are not well distributed
SPA should be included in the 200+ rate per night (good to have reservation to limit crowd)

Location perfect and view of the lake was incredible. The spa was also great, very relaxing. Liked the ability to rent e bikes and kayaks and enjoyed the gym facilities.
The staff didn't seem very helpful and were often fairly rude. Our room was very loud being underneath the restaurant so very noisy when restaurant closed and was cleaning up. Didn't feel the hotel delivered on what was advertised and not keen on having to pay for spa access when you are already paying to stay at the hotel.

Some of the waiting staff were very friendly and enjoyed speaking English. Others were less so.
Nice room with view over the lake ( although the dilapidated building on the front to the left was a bit of an eye-sore).
Good choice of food from A La Carte menu at dinner.
The Restaurant Dining Terrace was very nice.
Short walk along the lake front into the town.
Free parking was a bonus.
The fact that there was no bar or general area where guests could meet for a drink, either during the day, before dinner or after dinner.
The Reception desk was very high and not very user friendly.
The Reception staff were a little reserved and lacking in any warmth.

Good breakfast. Friendly staff
Room had an unpleasant smell. With my wife in a wheelchair our accessible room wasn't very accessible. Needed to change lifts on a different floor with a good walk between to access the restaurant for breakfast. The cleaning staff often blocked the lifts on the floor they were on. I had to run up and down the stairs trying to find them to unlock the lift so we could get off our floor.

Dinners were excellent. Never made it to breakfast.
Reception staff (especially Claudia) were helpful and amazing at directing us to all area beautiful places.
Complicated to reach my room having to use 2 separate elevators in opposite sides of this very big building.

The bed was very unconfortable and the overall forniture was old for an hotel of this category.
A lot of noise coming from the street outside that would require a better insonorisation.
There was some mold in the shower.
Overall, the price was too high compared to the overall quality of the accomodation.

We ate in the restaurant and the food was good, it had fantastic views down the lake.
The layout of the hotel is very confusing, it is spread over a number of floors and buildings, linked with lots of stairs and lifts. Improved signage would help,

Well, it’s well designed and the rooms are clean enough.
First of all, it’s a bit tight in space. Second, as I found out- other tenants in these hotel had more facilities for the same price that was offered on this site.

Very unfriendly and not helpful hotel persons. Very unpolite because of our child. The Website is showing what you actually do not get. Children are not allowed to use spa and pool. Pictures promise much more than you get in reality. In fact: do not go there. You really can find much better places near by.

Lakeview was partly hidden by old building across a very noisy busy road.
Exrra facilities advertised such as fitness and wellness not included in room price.

Location was excellent and hotel has its own covered parking, which was an added bonus.
TV in room did not work but, since we were only staying for one night, we didn't bother to make an issue out of it.

The hotel should not carry 4 star, maybe 3. And, is not a luxury resort, having jacuzzi, pool and a sauna dies not make you a resort.
The walls in our room was comming apart because of internal humidity, we had to ask for additional toilet paper, as well as tissues. We were told by the service, is because people steal them, take them with them. That's the clientele.
We had breakfast once. Tables are left dirty because lack of personal. We are demanding half of the cost. We heard6them yesterday quote a customer Euro 67 for a standard room.

I was really happy for the upgrade of the room. Large room with really nice space. I missed the egyptian flag at the entrance. The lobby ladies are adorable and very friendly. Very nice hotel to recommand. The breakfast is great and the staff is really caring. I enjoyed my stay there
The view from my balcony was not great, but i could still enjoy the view. Also they forgot to clean my room the day i was here

The two ladies at the reception are fabulous. Very helpful. Although the Chinese virus is still present, the breakfast was great. Got a nice upgrade with Sea view. The location Is perfect. Really love this place, my favorite hotel at Lago d Iseo.
There are all kind of national flags hanging on the roof. They look like they have been hanging here since before the Second World War. I swear some have bullet holes. They really need to be replaced. The French flag can be removed at all.
