Exhausting but amazing city Seville especially during the festival

Ok for overnight.

Very good value.

Flat sheets bedding. They must use fitted sheets. Breakfast was not great for the price. Hotel feels old. Location too far from old center.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y el hotel está muy cuidado

. Nada .Lo único que diría por poner algo es q la bañera de la habitación que es bastante grande por cierto solo tiene un pequeño trozo de pared y salpica bastante agua fuera .

Hotel excelente con un personal encantador

Es un hotel amplio, comodo y las habitaciones buenas y limpias. Pero lo mas destacable es el personal superagradable un cualquier departamento.

Tal vez las zonas de paso, que son muy amplias, estaria bien que se limpiasen alguna vez aunque es cierto que por su arquitectura de espacios tan amplios será dificil....pero le vendría muy bien,

Misleading pictures with regards the gym as there is essentially only a treadmill due to the multi functional cable machine being broke

A pleasant stay overall

The gardens surrounding the hotel are beautiful. Reception area was nice.

Bedroom Terrace could do with a power wash or paint . Terrace door was hard to open .Perhaps there should be a step on each side of the door to accommodate older people getting in and out of terrace. We were late arriving to check in at hotel arriving at 2am in the morning which meant that we missed our dinner on the first night ( half board basis ) . Of all our holidays and extensive travel over the last 20 years, we have not been charged the following day to have a lunch to make up for that missing dinner on the night of check in. However , the Hotel still charged us and this we were happy with.

It was great.

Exemptional room service. Staff was always ready to help sometimes there was a language barrier as not every staff member was speaking fluent English and yet they always wanted to make sure that I was satisfied.

Hotel was comfortable but It would be nice if there was more facilities for younger guests apart from that I was satisfied.

One of the best

Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast that is included in the price, and amenities such as bike rental and swimming pool and pool bar. It was a bit farther from the city center but very close to Sevici bike location, and biking into the city was very convenient. Great value. Would definitely come book again if back in Seville.

Refrigerator in the room doesn’t cool very well.

The pool was great. Different options for bars and restaurants. Cool environment even in hot weather.

The quality of certain things in the rooms such as the beds and the bathroom. The quality and variety of dishes on the buffet.

Warm welcome, very comfortable and good value

Easy to get to from the airport and excellent car parking under the hotel. Arrived at about 11pm to a warm (multi-lingual) welcome at reception and trouble free check in. Very pleasant and clean room (I was not in the posh ones), spacious with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the shower. Paid separately for breakfast (16 Euros each) which was value for money - a fresh and varied buffet. No hesitation to stay there again and would say that value for money was really good.

I really had nothing I didn't like. Staff were friendly and helpful and the ambience was pleasant. I arrived late and used the vending machines so if I were really scraping to find something negative I would say the machines were not well sign-posted because it is a big hotel. Boo hoo - I enjoyed the walk after hours on the plane!

I was surprised that hotel staff asked to leave hotel premises after 12. Our children were disappointed that they could not use swimming pool from 12 to 13.

Great deal

We had a wonderful stay here. The pool is big and clean. Breakfasts are delicious offering both sweet and savory options.

We spotted and had to escort a huge cockroach out of the window!

The gym…… what little equipment was in there, it was all broken….. no air con and filthy…….

Great location to come and spend family time by the pool.

Breakfast was very good. We loved spaceous lobby air-conditioned area and very helpful info stand service! Loved the fact that hop on hop off bus is stopping at the hotel in the morning for sight seeing.

Stuff at the restourant didn't look very keen to service. For the breakfast, we were told it's going till 11:30. At 11 stuff were taking plates in front of us without asking if we finished. As having a small child, we didn't feel confortambe with certain areas from the hotel, for example fence on third floor where child can easely fall down to the ground floor. We would loved to see some evening entertainment at the hotel, so you don't have to go all the way to the city, specially when having young children.
