I truly liked it. I would have stayed there again.

I haven't slept in a larger bed in a hotel room before. It was huge and very comfortable!

There was no salad in the breakfast menu - not even tomato and cucumber!

A beautiful stay in Madrid!

Clean, spacious room. Luckily got a sun roof and window overlooking the city. Loved that you could get breakfast on the go. Hotel was a great location from all the major attractions for a very reasonable price.

The location was great, away from the middle of Madrid, but within walking distance. There's a metro station within 100m, if needed.

The breakfast was OK, but the fruit juices were too strong (needed diluting) and often wrongly labelled.

Good value for the money

The room had plenty of space and was comfortable. The shower was the best one of our 3 week trip. The location was a minute's walk to a metro stop, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not good. For example, the fruit was past its prime, the yogurts did not include a less sweet option, and the meat was very greasy.

Exceptional

The place was really comfortable, equiped with everything we needed and super clean. That it was located close to a metro station was really useful, but you can go to downtown walking as well.

Very clean and comfortable and a really friendly staff!!!

Fran at the front desk was so wonderful to us when our tour didn't show up to pick us up. He walked me outside and wouldn't let stand out there alone! He called the tour company for us and was very helpful and honest. The entire staff at the hotel was really friendly and wonderful to us. The room was really clean and very nice. The breakfast was great too!

The air conditioning isn't turned on during certain times of the year so you have to sleep with the window open. The temperature was pretty comfortable with the window open but it's a bit loud outside. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again though! It was a great hotel!!!

My home in Madrid for two nights!.

I stayed two nights at this hotel. And I booked a room for two people. This room had a good size bed and a good size room. Since I like the place I decided to book another night the same week of my trip and they gave me a tiny size room, the bed was single junior bed. It was comfortable and cute little room but I prefer to have more space in the room. If you book the room through their website. It is cheaper.

The bar is small and the bartender should be more proactive. Some rooms are very small.

Hot room with no air conditioning

check in was friendly and smooth they gave me a double bed, which was not guaranteed location was near my friend so it was convenient nice view from room bed comfortable and shower good

it was really hot in the room. the listing says the rooms have heat and air conditioning but when I asked the night staff about how to get the room cooler, they said there is no aircon. the window opens but the room didn’t cool down until 5am. there is also a busy street outside so sleeping with the window open is not ideal The wifi wasn’t strong and reliable. I had to rely on my cell data more than ideal. At $200/night, I would expect both a comfortable temperature in the room and reliable wifi.

Will definitely use this hotel again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was great for exploring Madrid. The breakfast gave a varied choice of food with hot and cold selections. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable.

Only one thing some of the cooked breakfast items weren't very hot.

This hotel has 3 stars. I have stayed in many 4 star hotels which were much worse. It's a good place

Extremely comfortable bed - but of course, that is just my opinion. There is a hop-on-hop-off busstop 200m away and a metro station too. So the location is perfect. The bedroom windows were great - the hotel is on a busy roundabout but I was not disturbed by the traffic noise. The 3 breakfast "basics" - juice, coffee and bread - were all of good quality. I mean, it was proper juice, not diluted syrup. The cheese / cold cuts were all of decent quality too. I did not try the hot items because they didn't look attractive - e.g. poorly grilled bacon, dry scrambled egg. The reception staff were all very friendly and spoke very good english

There were some refurbishments going on - very loud building noises. That's not a problem when one is out and about during the day. But it would have been nice if they had let us known in advance.

Didn’t take advantage of morning breakfast however coffee and continental menu in lobby was good.

Slightly noisy with the the firehall positioned across the street.

Nice hotel in good location and would definitely stay there again.

Good location, close to Metro station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room on top floor was nice and bed was very comfortable.

Buffet breakfast was disappointing so we ate out after the first day.
