Correct comme hôtel mais je ne retournerai plus

La habitación … Se supone que era semi vistas al mar y daba a la entrada del hotel y delante un árbol nada de lo indicado cuando reserve y me pareció caro entonces el precio que pague

Breakfast and location:

Pool area needs work. The Pool bar needs to offer more service, food and create more atmosphere: Build out the chairs etc versus people find there own: Use the grass area better that was empty, put a sandpit for volleyball in or beach football as an example: Put an outdoor gym in as well and I would put a swim lane in from 8am to 10am for people to train.. The evening meal needs to be more selections, like offer a BBQ one night a week? The room for a family was a little small and offer room service and also I would make sure in the Lobby you need a person to loo after trips, simple customer questions, having to que with a ticket was a little crazy.

I loved it!

The breakfast is very good/varied (fruits, juices, yogurts, breads, eggs,etc); the swimming pool is excelent! the room has a good size/balcony/and the hotel is located in front of the beach:); the room was very clean which is a very important criteria for me! Parking lot at the hotel; lovely staff!

It's my second time at the hotel and it was possible to notice that some problems have been fixed such as reception work(more efficient this time) and the cleanliness at the restaurant (tables during the breakfast) as well but about this last point, I think it still can become better....

Great pool area and very close to a gorgeous beach

We went in June, so maybe different in high season but no help/information on things to do it area, bike hire only for adults Room was so basic, old fashioned wall hairdryer and a fusty smell but was clean otherwise , no coffee making

the beach is fantastic and there are many places nearby to eat/drink. the bathrooms are very nice

the mattresses were very hard. the beds and furniture could do a refresh. I wasn’t pleased to hear that there was an extra fee for use of the indoor pool and a shower cap is required

the hotel needs to upgrade tv not 1 english channel andnot the facility to change on settings language very bad as there were other english speaking guests-

as above english tv we have stayed 5 times love location and food but take our books which should not be necessary.

great service. huge pool. food was good. location to Cadiz was good.

pool didn’t open until 11am. no hard copy details of facility. QR code didn’t work so no idea of what you could do.

very basic, low cost hotel. we booked a hotel with pool for the kids, but they weren’t allowed to use it and the adults

The room wasn’t clean, very noisy and the kids were not allowed in the indoor pool. You have to pay €5 per half hour and min age is 14+

Superb location, the beach view from the balcony is priceless..

One of the clerks [man] who pretended to speak English but didn't and that ended up in wasted time..

Good location, grocery shops nearby, very close to the beach. Pool was nice as well. We had full board, and the food was quite nice, limited selection but overall good. They bring water for lunches and dinner.

Some of the staff at the front desk did not speak English very well. I wanted to use the warmer blanket they kept in the closet and asked for a cover for it, but they did not have any, which was quite unhygienic. The breakfast was not ideal for me as I like to eat bread and cheese or ham, but the bread was way too sweet and there was no vegetable available for breakfasts, just a large selection of sweet stuff and eggs. The bathroom was strangely designed, you need to squeeze past the toilet to get to the shower.

A Spanish Seaside Hotel

Our room and the hotel was very clean and there was a good choice of food at breakfast.

The hotel is a bit out on a limb. If you are going to stay to be by the sea it is fine but you will have to catch a bus into Puerto Santa Maria and from there another bus or ferry into Cádiz or you can drive as we did. Note to management…..Your staff work hard but you don’t employ enough of them. Reception is often busy with quite a long wait and trying to ask for information is nearly impossible because they are so busy. For some reason checking guests in seems difficult for them and takes much longer than in other hotels. Perhaps management should look into that too and even step in and help at busy times.

The beach front location was great! Views of the beautiful sunsets. The breakfast was very good too, great selection.

Great location. Spotlessly clean.

Spotlessly clean. Excellent location. Good sized pool. Some good restaurants nearby. Breakfast restaurant staff attentive and efficient. Worth getting a seaview room with balcony. It's a 3* hotel and you pay for what you get, so no pool towels!

Live music or disco entertainment on lawn below our room from 10pm - 12.30am on 4 out of 7 nights was not ideal, though the Flamenco show was excellent! Long queues at Reception.

The Hotel location is very good. It is a family friendly hotel super for children. There is Buffet for children and activities

In high season a bit too expensive for what it is.
