very clean. Lovely staff.

I would like to see some coffee making facilities in their guest rooms. Many people stay at this hotel for health reasons because of the proximity to the clinic and will opt not to get rooms with breakfast included in case they need to get some blood tests. It would be nice for the accompanying parties to at least be able to make a tea or coffee in the room.

The staff are very efficient and friendly. Good location for the Clinic.

The hotel is looking a little tired now and could use some renovation. mattresses also need to be reviewed as they are a little sunken now.

Room confortable and very clean

Good location. Bars, restaurants very close, downstairs City centre: 20 minutes walk. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Not very comfortable bed. Too small, too soft. Bathroom used but clean. Poor ventilation in the bathroom a.d im the room (steamy windows most of the time) Very cold inside the room (autumn 8 degrees outside but no heating) 4 stars definitely too many.

Perfect location for University and University Hospital. Within walking distance of centre. Room was spotless and nice soft towels. Staff as always very helpful.
