Lo mejor la ubicación pero el servicio de cafetería o bar pésimo tardan en atender y encima fue autoservicio nadie estaba pendiente del cliente

Great central location

Nice room and central location

Terrible access to parking 90degree turn in a narrow street - so no big cars Had to request coffee making facilities and then I was charged for a glass of milk to make coffee as they didn’t put any milk in our room Breakfast not great value

Très bien pour visiter la ville. Tout se fait à pieds.

Vraiment bien situé, il y a un stationnement a 4 minutes à pieds pour un prix raisonnable. La chambre était grande ainsi que la salle de bain avec de l’espace pour déposer nos trousses. Le petit déjeuner est correct, il y en a pour tous les goûts mais sans extravagance.

Les tapis des corridors auraient intérêt à être lavés. Le carrelage du bain a aussi besoin d’un peu d’amour. C’est un bel endroit mais qui a besoin d’un peu de rénovations.

Helpful staff and good location

Charging for the garage for a motorc ycle when the hotel appeared very quiet and the garage was empty. The bar and restaurant were shut probably because it was so quiet. I recommend not charging for garage for motorcycle as the cost of a room is adequate

Good and clean hotel in the center of Baeza

-Very easy and affordable to do late checkout -Good location -Nice staff

-Parking was full. Our car was scratched during the night. -Room far from elevator -The lamp in the room turned on and off by itself :)

Exceptional

I liked the location, close to the old Town. The staff were all so friendly and happy. The room was very spacious and clean. I loved that they had a hot water jug with tea and coffee available in the room. The bathroom was big and clean. Their breakfast buffet was excellent.

I did not like that they put us in a room with an interconnecting door to another room. We could hear all their conversations, as well as their TV. I should have asked to be moved, but I had already unpacked.

Excellent break

We were pleasantly surprised with the location of the Hotel which was situated on the corner just off the main street near to bars, restaurants cafes and shops and 5 - 10 minutes easy walk to the monuments. All of the staff were very helpful and polite. There was a good choice for breakfast both continental and hot dishes available. Our room was located on the 3rd floor, a view of the street but didn't expect anything else being in a town centre. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. Parking was available but had to be reserved the day before arrival and although we did this we did not require the facility in the end as we parked on a street nearby with no cost.

Very pleasant dinner - they made the effort although I was the only guest. Room super. The photo was on a winter day with awful weather. Still for some visitors more pleasant than 40 degrees i Andalusian summer

Did not live up to my 4 star expectation

The bed was comfy. Good selection at breakfast. Great location, very near the centre.

Tea and coffee facility in room did not include milk and staff would not provide any. Also, the tea and coffee was not replaced the next day. Only one thin pillow provided on bed so asked at reception for another after a bad night’s sleep. One did not appear so I had to go and get one myself in the evening. The decor of the room was very tired looking. While we were there the cafeteria/bar was not open at all apart from breakfast, but nothing was said about this on the website when booking.

A great place to stay.

Spacious, well appointed and well equipped room - a King double. Perfect location in the heart of Baeza which is a delightful historic town. Breakfast included in the room price. Friendly staff.

The parking garage! The small entrance to the garage is (necessarily) on a very narrow street and we couldn’t get the turn-in needed for our quite long saloon car, and sadly scraped our rear door before abandoning the attempt. A good secure public carpark is available nearby for €10, which is cheaper than the hotel’s.

Excellent location. Hotel was more than adequate for our needs

Shower hose over bath fixed too high with no ability to adjust it to different heights. Difficult for shorter people.

The hotel is in the center of Baeza and the view of my room was really good, we had the chance of seeing the fireworks.

Perfect clean and spacious stay at Baeza

We only stayed one night, but it was perfect! Easy accessible in the middle of the town and only 10min from the highway. The room was spacious and clean and bathroom with all necessities! Staff was kind. We didn't take breakfast though. Seems like it was quite in the hotel. just arround the corner you have a busy centre town place with bars and restaurants. It's a quite place though. (no parties going on ;-) ) Private garage from the hotel, but max hight is 1m80, be aware. (14€/night extra) You can also park in the surrounding streets, but you must be lucking to find a spot close.
