Un endroit magnifique

Le riad est charmant et parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont très propres, lit très confortable, la déco mixe le traditionnel et le contemporain. Le personnel très professionnel et attentif a su répondre à toutes nos demandes. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. La piscine est grande, chauffée, très agréable. Le restaurant de l'hôtel était très sympa. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce riad.

Les deux inconvénients principaux sont : - L'insonorisation des chambres est moyenne. Le bruit raisonne énormément. - La route est passante et bruyante. Le mur qui sépare la piscine de la route principale n'empêche pas le bruit de passer. Nous le savions et l'avions lu dans les commentaires donc nous n'étions pas surpris et nous nous en sommes accomodés. Quelques avions passent au dessus de nos têtes mais ce n'est pas très fréquent (2 par heure je dirais). - La situation géographique éloignée du centre. Mais la encore ce n'était pas une surprise. L'équipe a toujours été très disponible pour nous commander des taxis et nous a indiqué quels tarifs négocier ce qui était très appréciable.

Best stay, best value for money and a real treat if you go to the restaurant!

Restaurant is fantastic and the staff is so helpful. I can't find anything bad about our stay at Al Fassia. I would encourage anyone to stay at least for a couple of days as this gives you the opportunity to connect with the different people who work at Al Fassia.

Honestly, couldn't find a single thing we didn't like. It might not be in the city center, but it's a 5-10min taxi drive to the old town.

Excellent

Close to the Citadel but far enough away from the madness. Lovely room, facilities and food, very friendly staff including the owner.

Quite a lot of road and aircraft noise but you soon get used to it. It would be good to have a water fountain to fill bottles.

Al Fassia is wonderful! Such a lovely place with the best staff ever. The hotel is run by the wonderful Myra Chab who combines efficiency with genuine warmth in a way that is second to none and which sets a tone which permeates across her wonderful staff. Meanwhile Sayyida Chab has established a kitchen with the best food I’ve eaten in Morocco and indeed ranks as some of the best food I’ve eaten globally. all operates as if a beautifully choreographed ballet.

Beautiful and very friendly!!

Beautiful hotel and pool! Very big rooms and bathrooms. Delicious breakfast on the terrace. Very, very friendly staff!! Good restaurant in-house with Moroccan specialties.

Very close to the airport, so planes fly over.

lovely for the one night we stayed before our flight home.

Al Fassia Aguedal is an oasis in the desert city. It is beautiful and quiet, with friendly and attentive staff.

the location would be fine if we weren’t on foot, but there wasn’t much close by to walk to. there is a small mall and a movie theater, but other than that, nothing but other hotels are within walking distance.

it was beautiful - exactly what the photos portrayed. We had a car so we needed to be able to park. Most riads don’t offer that so this was perfect. And it was quiet and relaxing. It also had a restaurant that people from everywhere come from and the food was exceptional (reviews said this and it was totally true. One other thing - the room was beyond clean. After dealing with bugs at the Ibis Hotel on my last trip I was truly ecstatic there weren’t any here. And considering the millions of flies in Morocco, we didn’t deal with any here!

Exceptional

Everything was perfect - from communication before our trip and the welcome when we arrived, to the young men who carried out luggage down from our room and put it in the taxi when we left. Our room was large, the bed really comfortable and spacious and the bathroom nicely functional, with plenty of hot water, fluffy towels and toiletries. Breakfast poolside was plentiful and delicious. The hotel itself is an oasis of tranquility, with its inner courtyards and the staff friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and recommend it.

Exceptional

It was a marvelous stay,. There was a special touch every where in the hotel from the room to the resturant, swimming pool and more. I will certainly come back to that hotel and advice everyone who seeks a place in marakesh where they will feel balance. I look forward to go back again.

Really enjoyable and relaxing long weekend at Al Fassia - made even better by the friendly staff

All of the staff went the extra mile to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible - very friendly and attentive. We went because of the the BBC food programme - and the restaurant didn't disappoint - we had a really good meal there. The pool was beautiful with plenty of shaded and sunny areas to be - surrounded by mature olive trees and gardens. When it got too hot, the interior riad was a cool peaceful area to sit.

We couldn't receive internet in our room - I think the walls were too thick - not a big problem as it worked in all the communal areas.

My stay was so relaxing. It was the perfect way to end my Morocco trip.

This place is fabulous. It is a wonderful respite from the Marrakech Medina and many of the other sights. The pool is so nice on those scorching hot Marrakech days. The staff is delightful and always willing to help with anything you need. The place is spotlessly maintained. The wonderful and filling breakfast gets you off to a good start for the day. The hotel is located out of the central area (the Medina) of Marrakech . I walked back and forth most of the time but it is a 55 minute walk each way. Taxis are readily available and the hotel will be glad to arrange one for you. I ate every meal by the pool (3 breakfasts + 1 dinner). I had a hammam and a massage that were great and price competitive with those in the center. This will be my Marrakech “go to” in the future.

Amazing place, would always come back

Everything was exceptional. The staff is very professional and friendly, the on site restaurant where we ate every day was great. The place itself is beautiful and the pool is a lovely place to hang out on a hot afternoon. We chose this place at the end of our Morroco trip just to relax, and this was the best choice of all. It's like an oasis! I also had the best massage of my life - and do try the hammam.

Not something I didn't like but to be aware of, the place is a bit outside of the centre, so there is nothing to immediatly go to. However its only a 5 minute taxi drive away. We specifically chose the place because of it.

Fantastic staff, beautiful hotel, great pool area

We were made to feel extraordinarily welcome -- really helpful communication in advance answering all my questions, and the team went above and beyond during our stay, making us feel like family, and particularly in regards to our two-year-old. It's a peaceful, boutique hotel but he was made to feel really welcome (even when making a noise). The food is stand-out -- traditional Moroccan done to the highest level, and the garden of the restaurant is really romantic. Lovely gardens on site, both in the courtyard and outside. The pool is beautiful -- it's not heated which makes it very a very refreshing relief from the hot sun. Comfy sun loungers, too. Our room (a suite) was huge and the bathroom great too -- big bath, strong shower too. It's only a ten-minute drive from the medina, so it's really well located, too.
