It was exactly what I needed the bed was comfy, the room was warm and there was breakfast with a singing chef/waiter what more can you ask for?
Unfortunately the single room I booked was possibly the smallest room I had ever stayed in, however if I hadn't had 4 pieces of luggage with me it would have been perfect, after all I was only in the room to sleep.
There was also an unfortunate smell in the lift, but they said they would investigate it.

The room was clean and sufficient and bonus for letting us bring our pooch the staff ie reception and bar men were brilliant friendly helpful and made us feel very welcome after a 3.5 hour car drive. We didnt check in till 9pm bit the guy on reception left his donner to make sure we were well informed and welcomed such a lovely guy.
The windows are single glazed do NOT pay extra for sea view the road is SO loud all night even at 3am you hear motorbikes cars racing loud music and drunk people shouting.
even with the windows and curtains closed we hardly slept we were exhausted for our day out after 2 hours combined sleep we might as well just have sat in our car for the night instead of 69 sea view room for 3 and £15 for dog and £7 for the car that was brand new and looked like it had had a drink spilled down the side of it. We road trip ALOT and for sleeping noise and comfort this is by far the worst weve ever stopped in. Which is such a shame as its so clean and welcoming.

Leaving for home so I could have a proper shower and a good sleep in my bed and knowing that when I wake up I will not be in that hotel.
When you pay £120 a night you expect the basics like soap mugs, to have your towels changed daily to be able to finish your breakfast without being told you have to leave so they can prepare for the next setting and their breakfast starts at 8.30 and check out is 10 am, to be able to have a shower and a bath, not having to buy shampoo, only small cakes of soap were given if you could find the right person to ask. When a bath plug is eventually found it has no chain and when you do pull the plug out you can watch the water empty onto the outside roof.
In my life I have stayed from onsite caravans to five star hotels but you always got what you paid for, this is the first time I have paid so much and got so little, the photos on their website have nothing to do with reality and if you have the audacity to complain and ask to see the manager who you know is in her office they just ignore you and hope you go away, as you eventually do.
We had a sea view room but the windows as you will see from the photo were all misted up and the only way you could see the sunset was to put your head out the window.
I have used your site on many occasions and I am surprised you allow hotels of this standard on your site, I just hope this is a warning to all travellers to give this hotel a wide berth so they can enjoy their holiday because this hotel surely did not give us the holiday we thought we would have.

Not a lot, rooms were ok but old
Try to avoid staying here if you have a big group of people especially a disabled person in your party. Rooms were advertised for 5 people but only gave us 1 that slept 3 and 1 that slept 6. Wouldn’t give us another room paid by the hotel but in the end they did- this was about 7 hours later after arguing. Lift broke. It didn’t get repaired till about 2am.

Spacious room, ideal for wheelchair user and family
Fire doors slamming 6/7 times each and every night. This kept us awake and literally jolted our bed every time. Need some stick on foam strip to quieten them down? Lack of WiFi was a real problem, we were visiting family and, because we arrived by coach, we couldn’t get important messages to confirm collection times etc. We had to go 10 mins walk to get a signal most days before we could contact anybody. This was frustrating as, husband being wheelchair user, we needed to be contactable at all times and most days this wasn’t possible.

The food was very good and plentiful, the staff was courteous and attentive
All over the hotel was really cold, possible water leak in the room above kept me awake, hot water took a long time to come through the pipes, bathroom had no heating so too cold to get a shower, no shower gel/shampoo etc

Luke the one member of staff who was on duty that Sunday tried to do his best to help everyone was covering the bar the reception and trying his best to please everyone. The breakfast was good but the dinner although very nice was pricey.
The organization was practically nonexistent and very poor the rooms were very shabby and we had no soap or washing products in the room and no milk, There were glasses left dirty by the lift for two days, I am my husband's carer although we did not share the same room we put the two men with problems in one room and myself and the other carer shared a room Our room was right down the corridor , Luke did swap rooms so that we could be nearer but gave us a double room not a twin so we had to swap with other members of our party I booked seven rooms in total surely they could have had two twins together.

All meals were ok with no problem.
The room was absolutely disgusting it was filthy we couldn’t even use the shower as it was foul. Torn settee stained carpet broken wardrobe, rubbish behind the dresser unit . The smell was nothing I had ever come across and to cover the bad smell there was a smell of jays fluid . My wife had to buy bleach and clean toilet and sink area I took a few pics I will try and add them . We did complain and a young girl arrived and removed the rubbish from behind the dresser unit .

The bar staff were lovely and very approachable
Rooms were dirty, reception staff weren’t approachable at all. We stayed for 5 nights and requested our room to be cleaned (new towels and toilet paper really) and this wasn’t done, we then had to ask the lovely cleaners whilst they were doing a room that was empty and they were happy to help and didn’t know that we had requested anything prior. The fire alarm was alarmed the second night we stayed, during the night. We of course began to evacuate we couldn’t find a single member of staff, no one told us that it wasn’t a fire. We then stood outside for 10 minutes, during the night in the rain with other families that done the same before my partner went inside what we thought was a burning building to find a member of staff who then said we shouldn’t have evacuated. My partner suffers from anxiety disorder and wasn’t able to sleep the rest of that night nor the night after.

The Hotel was situated close to the main promenade which was good.
Tram stop was just across the road.
stayed for 2 nights and no sign of room cleaning which was disappointing.
Place looked out dated and my room view was looking at the back of other houses/hotels.

On arrival, hotel very happily, securely stored our cases until we returned after 'check-in' time. Room was 'a bit' on the small side, but absolutely spotless. New carpets in corridors and room with excellent pile and 'taste for practicability. Cosy room. Excellent heating in the evening and morning - truly appreciated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner was available, but we ate out, as previously arranged. Buffet Breakfast (8.30 - 9.45) was excellent. Plenty of everything on offer for the usual English breakfast. Bed, felt new, was also extremely comfortable. Sea View, just finished it off.
A "wee bit of up-grade in the communal areas" and a new lift. (although I truly appreciate, lifts are difficult to renew and exceptionally expensive).

The place was lovely and clean, staff was friendly, great location right next to the beach and tram stop, good value for money
The bed was horrendous, really thin mattress like just sleeping on the bed base but luckily I always take blankets so ended up sleeping on the quilt for a bit of extra comfort, the room really small for family, i know staff would of moved us rooms but was way too tired to ask

The only thing to like about this hotel is the location
Unfortunately everything else is in a poor state. Cleanliness is extremely poor. Dust everywhere in all communal areas. Bedroom was a sea view as booked but tiny with stained sheets, broken bedside lamps, dust, door broken off wardrobe and old furniture. Only 1 socket on the walk opposite bed. Shower wouldn't drain, mouldy seals and hair on the sink and the whole room smelt of stale smoke. Then to top it off find out that pets are allowed so woken numerous times of the night by dogs barking. Definitely not worth what I paid and won't be returning. Very misleading pictures.

it’s ideal for my elderly parents we go to the hotel few times a year to celebrate family birthdays, also we have family that live in Blackpool so it’s great for everyone to meet up.
there was nothing to dislike.
1.0
nothing, wasn’t family friendly
everything, lift too small for pram, rooms were way too hot for kids to sleep, bathroom was dirty.. beds were so uncomfortable! corridors were tiny to even push a pram through (to say it was a family hotel) bar area was terrible! staff were rude, it was like they’d never seen a baby cry before. again meant to be family hotel, this wasn’t the case. the hotel was very grubby! nothing been done on interior for a long time, we paid 100 pound for one night so it wasn’t like it was cheap! my partner told the reception the room was way too hot and that we couldn’t open the window as they was broken.. they couldn’t do anything about it? wasn’t interested and no one was on reception the next morning to check out.

Location great staff work really hard and they make you feel like friends food is also good.
There could be a smoking area so your covered in winter months.Rooms could do with bigger tvs so you can see it from beds.should explain when booking if there’s entertainment on
