I’ve been in bad places but this one just crossed any line! We got stucked in the balcony for 1 hour at 2am A staff man passed by we shouted for help with no response from his side I called a friend from my country just to help us get out! And your “welcoming staff” just putted the blame on us instead fo just apologising as it should be I paid 235 to all in exclusive resort and i got absolutely disgusting service and behaviour

NOT ALL-INCLUSIVE! fraud... Don't go to Bayview

The staff is nice

It is NOT ALL-INCLUSIVE! A lot of things are extra-charge like popcorn, cotton-candy, the italian restaurant, fruit shakes, billiards.... The wifi is bad and the food is even worse! Not recommended!

spa was great. staff in the pool are great. room is clean. reception employees are very nice.

1.on friday dinner many people were waiting outside to come & eat. the waiter wanted us to eat fast so others can sit. he took the plate twice while i am still eating!!! i told him in anger that i am eating and then he shouted it to his manager in arabic and he told him: ok,halas. i felt so bad. i was insolted. i was sitting there for 15 nimutes not more!!!! whay cant i eat normal and comfortable? i was insolted and left the dining room amidiatly. 2 how come you dont have ice on july? it is very hot and the drinks are hot!!! 3. we celebrated 5oth birhday. i asked for cake in the room or at dinner for 3 times. the said ok but nothing came. big disapointmaent.

A big NO NO

Sorry but the pool was the only one good thing in the hotel.

The food was T E R R I B L E. The wifi was very bad. The service was VERY poor. For an all included hotel, the whole experience was extremely disappointing.

Great value for the money and we will defiantly come back

We had wonderful time at Taba bay view Although the resort is Huge we felt lots of privacy thanks to the room we got, beach front on ground floor All the staff from the reception to the room service were very welcoming and helpful The pool is beach-shaped and the beach area just few steps from the pool are perfect with lots of shade There is a reach Varity of food in the dinning room though there is room for improvement the alcohol in the bar is local and not really to our taste the beer was ok and we missed the snack bar. The arrival from the Taba border is easy in conclusion great value for the money and we will defiantly come back

Exceptional

The hotel was excellent, and offers pampering, I recommend coming and staying at the hotel, the reception manager noor was amazing and answered all our requirements. Summarizing the experience as excellent and I will return again.

Great service and facilities (beach and pool)... terrible food!

Loved the beach as well as how close our room was to it. The staff was super nice and always willing to assist with any issue that arose. The pool area was also very nice.

The food was mediocre at best, and the menu hardly changed for the entire five days we were there (we even joked about the food being leftovers from previous days). Furthermore, it was over spices, over fried and several times they ran out of certain dishes early in the day (and the coffee machines in the kitchen broke down several times during our stay). The desserts were just awful. As a vegan, the only real main course option for me was pasta. The resort did not have an alternative to milk (such as soy or almond milk), not did they have vegan cheeses or tofu options. Finally, we booked the "All Inclusive" package, but in fact, it was not all inclusive. Certain drinks were offered for additional pay and really there were simply three meals a day with nothing in between.

The view from room is excellent, beachfront room. Food is amazing. Staff is wow, helpful, smiling all tye time, real pleasure.

The shower room is old and need renovate. Rooms should have entrance from balcony.

Best in Taba Heights

Friendly staff speaking English Great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, everything is hygienic Fantastic beachfront room and sandy beach with coral reef nearby and ~2km jogging trail Bed comfort, room temperature regulation (effective AC) and daily cleaning, which includes changing bed sheets

A wonderfuyl stay with good amenities; would return again; good value for money spent.

The breakfast was excellent and the facilities were wonderful. A good beach resort on the Red Sea. The staff was accommodating and had good communication.

Not the fault of the hotel, we were given 1/2 hour notice to leave due to Israeli border closing. This prematurely terminated our stay at this resort.

We had an enjoyable, peaceful and pleasant vacation. Thank you! We will come again for the 4th time.

It's our 3rd time in Bayview. The hotel is located at an exceptional location. The beach is awesome!!! The staff really makes an effort to keep it clean and tidy. The service is being given right from the heart and everyone really makes an effort to do their best. We wish to make a special note and give a huge applause and gratitude to Liubov from public relations. She wa simply amazing and really turned our stay into a pleasurable one. When we arrived we encountered quite a few problems with our room and she made sure everything is fixed and sorted out. Thank you so much Liubov. You are a real asset to this hotel. All our love.

Our room had a serious plumbing problem and also other minor problem. It happens... The problem was that the really kind staff at the front desk do not understand English well enough and it didn't enable them to fully understand our issues and what exactly needs to be done. The management should assure that at least one perfect English speaker is present in each shift, or otherwise, that front desk will know to forward things when they don't fully understand. The WiFi is extremely weak! It could not support any decent communication beyond writing. If you plan to work there - take this into account.

the staff is extremely helpful. pools and beach are great, lots of space for privacy .

the bathroom wasn't clean enough, the shower curtain was really dirty and smelly. there is really not very much places to eat around, so better take the all inclusive option right from the start. the food is ok. don;t expect too much.
