Not much
a very basic hotel (albeit we didnt pay much). The staff made us feel very unwelcome. we were please we had onle booked the one night.

Der Kaffee zum Frühstück war lecker
Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer mehrspurigen Schnellstraße, nicht "direkt am Meer". Den Privatstrand haben wir nicht angeschaut. Das Gebäude ist umgeben von einer mehrspurigen Schnellstraße, einer stillgelegten Tankstelle und einem großen Parkplatz. Also kein ansprechendes Umfeld. Das Gebäude selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen, in unserem Zimmer waren die Matratzen schief, es gab Massen von Mücken, eine laute Klimaanlage und während der Nacht immer wieder Krach durch andere Bewohner (Türknallen, lautes Gelächter auf den Fluren, Fahrstuhl....). Ständiges Hundegebell aus einem nahegelegenen, eingezäunten "Park". Das Frühstück war für ernährungsbewußte Menschen enttäuschend (Kuchen, Toastbrot, abgepackte Butter, Marmelade, Cornflakes... ).
Den Flughafen Catania, der Luftlinie ca. 1,5km und über größere Straßen ca. 5 km entfernt ist, kann man, obwohl bei Google-Maps so angegeben, nicht zu Fuß erreichen (lebensgefährliche Schnellstraßen, Autobahn). Die Taxifahrer haben sich abgesprochen und verlangen für die einfache Fahrt kategorisch 25 Euro (also 5 Euro/km). Eine Frechheit!
Als wir beim Abreisetag an der Rezeption um die Bestellung eines Taxis baten, kam ein privater PKW. Natürlich mussten wir auch hier 25 Euro zahlen - ohne Quittung.

Breakfast had a big selection!
The installations are quite run down and dirty. The staff let the windows open all day long and by the time we got there the room was full of mosquitoes.
The walls had a mosquito kill track. My partner is proud to get the kill highest up on the wall ( almost at the ceiling).

Good location for the beach. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Good value for money.
Difficult to get to the city centre. Only option is taxi and it is very expensive.

La proximite de la mer.
La surete des biens gardes dans le seif. Mes amies ont oublie les bijoux dans le seif de la chambre , et quand on a signale le fait apres quelques jours, ils ne savaient meme pas qu’il y avait un seif dans la chambre. Donc, tout est perdu. Desagreable experience.

Wij hebben hier overnacht na aankomst op het vliegveld in Catania. Prima plek om te overnachten. De bar was dicht toen we aankwamen, maar we kregen van de vriendelijke receptionist wat te drinken om mee te nemen naar de kamer.

accoglienza educata e cordiale, cena ok ma non troppo, possibilità di parcheggio non custodito e vicinanza all'aeroporto di Catania.
struttura obsoleta, ha bisogno di ristrutturazione anche se fondamentalmente è buona, peccato insomma. nei dintorni da non guardare dalle finestre, dalla parte dell'ingresso vista strada in cui sfrecciano le macchine, la parte posteriore struttura abbandonata fatiscente. purtroppo la zona è molto movimentata e in estate fino alla notte musica di discoteca dappertutto, il problema è però che gli aerei ti decollano e atterrano praticamente sulla testa quindi dormire è impossibile.

Staff always in good mood ready to help and chat. Location is the best , nice lido across the street, hotel receptionist gives you free access voulcher every day and you have discount on sunbeds in lido as well.
Breakfast was a little cheap just couple of things to eat not possible to eat for more than 4 days. Ham, salami, toast, some cakes, cornflakes, some jams and thats pretty much it...
Also you can hear and see the planes getting off the airport so there is some noise during the day.

Close to beach & city. We inquired if they had a day rate as we were leaving on a flight at 11.30pm however we booked one night & used it during the day it was close to beach & airport as well as town so we swam & went to town for dinner prior to our flight

For short stay, like 1 night is ok, but hotel is definitely dated and need some renovations but at least was clean.

The location is perfect from the Catania airport and the desk is open till late, which is useful for flights landing late in the evening.

Even though it says it´s a mile distance from the airport, it seems that there is no direct road to walk or drive that distance, going to and from the airport is a couple more miles and $25 on taxi

We stayed at this hotel because of the proximity to the airport. the condition of the room and the bathroom is about average - wear of equipment and accessories is felt. but the staff tried daily to deliver a pleasant experience by cleaning and refreshing. but there is a good bonus - free access to a comfortable partner's beach. the beach is cozy and spacious.

Friendly staff,and excellent breakfast,near location sea,and various beach clubs.
And lots of trattorias nearby,some half hour walk or less,very good and reasonable prices
Lidl is the same distance.
Nice walks on pavements along beaches ,sometimes no pavements, and cars +scooters driving on pavements, a bit dangerous. But I enjoyed my 2 nights.
Maybe the windows be double double glazing, as Saturday was disco night,and noise opposite club was a bit too much...till 05.00am.

It is located across the street from an outdoor club. At 03.45 the music is heard in the room at a level of 69 decibels. This hotel has nothing to look for on booking, but the greed of those from booking.com to take 18% of the money is great.

Nice and simple place if you want to stay next to the beach. Rooms are OK if you only plan to sleep there. Very friendly staff
If you plan to go downtown there is only one bus option available with very unreliable schedule

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free access to the beach was great. The restaurant meal was excellent. Great value for money. Very close to the airport.

Location was bed for me. Took this hotel cause i thought its close to the airport just wanted to stay a night. But its impossible to walk from the airport. You can only get there with a taxi what makes it useless. And the value for money wasent good at all

The hotel is old, but the rooms were very clean. I apreciated high beds! They were really comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was agreable surprise.
Even though the hotel is situated nearby the airport, you will need the taxi to get to the airport on time. If you don´t like taking off the planes, avoid this hotel :).
