Lage mit Blick auf Obertrave, Salzspeicher und die Spitzen des Holstentors. Restaurants, Bäcker etc. direkt vor der Tür. 5 Min zur Innenstadt. Bett und Wohnzimmer hervorragend. Bad und Küche etwas spärlich ausgestattet, aber geht. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht, aber wer Probleme hat mit Koffer in den 3. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl, sollte es sich überlegen. Wir können das Apartment nur empfehlen.

Good location

Paid extra for the room with separate bedroom as we had two kids with us. We didn’t get the room we paid extra for and we’re refused a refund! They accepted their mistake but could not refund the difference. Very poor maintenance. Smoke alarm in corridor needs batteries changed as it beeps all the time. Bathroom smells like nappies. Need sheets don’t fit the beds. Kitchen poorly equipped. Hmmm shall I go on?!

Overall apartment is very nice. Got all we needed. Easy check in and check out. Prompt help. Location is in the central place.

Wifi isn’t working and one of the apartment we booked got bathtub filled with water from drainage

The location is superb. The apartment has everything one needs. Communication with the staff was smooth and pleasant.

I consider this apartment a bit pricey for the furniture/materials used in the apartment

The location was good and easy to find.

We missed some things in the kitchen like teaspoons... And the dishcloth was unacceptable. But alltogehter it was fine and these were smal problems.

Easy arrangement, easy to find, and very good location.

The restaurant on the ground floor makes a lot of noise, especially when closing down. There seems to be some sort of storage somewhere else in the house and it's not quiet before 11pm.
