I have been staying at this hotel for several years. and everything is wonderful as always - clean and cozy rooms, beautiful interior, delicious breakfasts. The team of this hotel is a team of real professionals. Thank you and I hope to visit you again soon!

Everything was great, but breakfast was exceptional for the attention to the details. Of course the historical furniture and the building are an attraction per se.

The door of the bathroom was not really isolating (really a minor detail)

The thermal bath is outstanding. The architecture of the hotel is very special. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A quiet hotel.

Great breakfast buffet in lovely atrium. Comfortable, quiet and air-conditioned modern room in very old hotel. We relaxed in the evening with the free thermal baths and ice mist shower. I enjoyed the interesting history of the hotel and the massages we booked.

There was nothing not to like.

the comfort is subpar - bed cover comforter and pillow all plastic really low quality. the sheets are towel low quality sheets. the room is very outdated - bathroom and shower and all.

this is the quirkiest hotel i have ever stayed in. the building is a mix of hotel/wellness/museum and there are lots of little nooks and crannies to explore and discover(it's also a part of baden's fox trail).

i found it to be just slightly pricey for the fact that there was barely a single employee in sight except at breakfast. its also not a very accessible place for anyone with serious physical disabilities. it does have a lift, but it's super tiny and doesn't reach all places.
