Check in and cbeck out was fast.
The room was clean but it had a strong smell of a cleaning product. I could not sleep well because of this strong smell.
The safe did not work in my room. The music in the lobby and in the elevator is loud.
In the lobby they have a fridge and its motor emits a loud sound. That's probably why the keep the backgrounf music in the lobby loud to mask the motor sound.
The lighting in the room is dim with no windows that can be opened.

Rooms are cleaned and in good condition.
The security staff behaved very rudely towards me, treating me as if I were a terrorist. Upon checking into the room at night, the next morning when I returned with my girlfriend, they stopped me from entering, asking for details, and then stopped me again in the lift, exhibiting rude behavior. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was close to restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well. The lobby was decent and had a small shop for bags and souvenirs. The price was cheap and I had a place to sleep at night.
The room and hallways were very old. The air in the room as you enter was just stale, and it's because you cannot open the windows. The carpet looks very old. The showers were outdated and had some mold/stains on the tiles/grout. I just didn't feel too comfortable staying there, but I did so because I had a friend staying there for two nights.

My recent stay at Amman Ibis Hotel was extremely disappointing. I had stayed at this hotel two years ago, and was shocked to find that no maintenance had been done since my last visit. The hotel's cleanliness was subpar, with the toilets, in particular, being unclean. Additionally, the hotel charged me more than the price I had booked, which was frustrating. To top it off, there were guests smoking in the hotel, which made for an uncomfortable stay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to others, as the lack of maintenance and poor cleanliness made for an unpleasant experience.
