Unverschämt und unprofessionell

schöne Lage außerhalb der Stadt

Pünktlich zur vorgegeben Ankunftszeit um 15 Uhr bin ich da. Es gibt keine Rezeption und kein Personal, das man ansprechen könnte, keinerlei Infos. Ich laufe herum und suche einen Ansprechpartner. Schließlich frage ich ein Mädchen, das mit dem Handy spielt, ob es von hier ist und ob es jemand holen kann. Dann heißt es, das Zimmer ist erst um 16 Uhr fertig, was allerdings die Nutzung des Tages noch ineffektiver macht. Es stellt sich heraus, dass das kleine Zimmer nur ein Dachluke besitzt, die so hoch ist, dass man nicht herausschauen kann. Abgebildet war bei meiner Buchung des Zimmers für 40 € ohne Frühstück ein Foto mit einem ganz normalen Fenster. Als ich das zur Sprache bringe, werde ich übel angemacht: Billig buchen und dann noch Ansprüche stellen... Wenn es mir nicht passt, soll ich woanders hingehen. Ich wäre gern länger geblieben, hätte gern dort gegessen und getrunken, aber ich fühle mich schlecht und reise nach einer Nacht ab. Zuvor hatte ich in Bad Füssing für 28,00 € ein EZ mit großem Balkon, einem tollem Frühstück, Kühlschrankbenutzung, eine supernette Wirtin, die mich mit Infos und Kartenmaterial versorgt hatte. - Soviel zu „billig buchen“.

Zeer teleurstellend en beschamend zelfs zó dat ik het niet eens durf te vertellen aan kennissen.

Geen zwarte thee en zou de volgende dag wél zijn. Echter niets van deze belofte.

Had ik de foto's moeten sturen? Helaas ik heb ze uit ergenis gedeleted. Defect bed, defecte deur naar balkon, gescheurde wastafel en wc-pot, kozijn en deur (luchtrooster eruit en gewoon een gat) van badkamer aangetast van het vocht, kastdeur was alleen te sluiten met een ingedraaide ophanghaak, gehavend parket. Spinnen in de hoek van de kamer. De nacht werd verstoord door herrie van een ronkende, regelmatig aangeslagen koeler/airconditioner die onder het balkon stond. Plinten los van de muur. Kortom bar en bar slecht! Een kraai niet waard! Gastvriendelijk? Verre van dat....de sleutel...lag op een kachel..waarnaar wordt verwezen. Het wachtwoord voor internet was niet in de kamer en moest om worden gevraagd na het zoeken naar iemand die het mogelijk zou weten. Ongeïnteresseerd. In Deggersdorf vroeg iemand waar we verbleven en na de naam genoemd te hebben en de toestand verteld werd er niet verrast opgekeken en zelfs gereageerd in de lijn van verwachting. Doet Booking.Com wel eens controles bij de accomodaties waarmee zo enthousiast wordt geadverteerd? Ronduit een blamage! Ik vraag me af of Booking.Com dit op zijn fatsoen trekt en hier iets tegenover stelt.

The perfect stopover in the Bavarian countryside after long hours of driving.

This is a roadside inn on the outskirts of the Bavarian town of Deggendorf. We were using it for one night as a stopover, while we were traveling through Germany. It is in a small village a few kilometers from the city proper and the landscape is serene and extremely beautiful with forests, rolling hills and wide valleys. It is very quiet, peaceful and relaxing and is the perfect place for people looking for a pastoral and relaxing environment, outside the bustle of the city. The room was clean and spacious with a private bathroom and windows overlooking the surrounding hills. The buffet breakfast was nice and the traditional German countryside aesthetic was very unique. This place offers overall excellent price-value ratio. I am hoping to return in the future for some quiet relaxation, now that I have discovered this place.

The restaurant wasn't open, it would have been nice to eat something for dinner, but we went into Deggendorf anyway, so it was not an issue. There was some machinery in the back yard, directly under our window, which was buzzing all night, but we were very tired, so it did not disturb us very much.

The room is old and the bed is not comfortable at all, my back hurts

I paid for breakfast 9 euros and when I booked the deal was with breakfast

It served its purpose.

The hotel had free parking outside and Google found the address easily. The hotel was ok for 1 night in transit.

I mainly booked this hotel as it had a restaurant. This was closed and there were no staff on site. Very hungry that night.

Old hotel but great service in Restaurant, good beer and food for not much money.

Big room for family Our food was kept in fridge, is great!! Quick service in Restaurant, was busy and she was alone!! Hard working woman!!! Food was cheap and not bad at all. Our beds was perfect, my sons bed was old but ok for a small boy, not for an adult. Great view

The room is old and smelly (fam room) The room is not maintained for 7 years. (7 years ago was first time we were there, still the same, hahaha) For a one night stay when you travel through europe it is ok!

It's above a hill, after a bike ride of 80 km the last thing you wanna do is go up the hill.

The area around this hotel is very beautiful, rural and scenic. Also, it is very quiet and restful.

It is about 2.5 km uphill from downtown so not an easy walk.
