Nada no pude estar ahí, por un absurdo error de un cambio de fechas hecho por Boocking y no por mi, cosa que denuncie inmediatamente pero ni Boocking ni el hotel atentendieron mi reclamo y por lo tanto perdí lo que había abonado por la habitación

Hôtel magnifique, magnifiques meubles, literie au top! Personnel adorable.
Dommage de ne pas isoler les chambres par des sas car on entend beaucoup les bruits dans les couloirs. Heureusement que c’était assez calme et que l’hôtel n’était pas complet.

Ottima posizione con parcheggio gratuito incluso, vicino al parco del palazzo ducale, si raggiunge comodamente il centro in 15 minuti di piacevole passeggiata.
Personale alla reception molto cordiale e disponibile.
Struttura pulita e accogliente con un buon prezzo.
Nulla di particolare, abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, stile dell'hotel un po' datato ma nel complesso funzionale. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione che non era inclusa nel prezzo e aveva un costo aggiuntivo un po' altino (15€ a persona) anche se in linea con il prezzo che hanno per la colazione molti altri hotel.

Starhotels è una garanzia e il Du Parc di Parma una certezza! Hotel dotato di tutti i confort, camere in stile silenziose e curate, servizi e reception di prim'ordine, colazione a buffet eccellente, la chicca è poter accedere direttamente al Parco Ducale che merita sicuramente più di una passeggiata! Location Eccezionale!

All the staffmembers were very helpfull and friendly.
The temperatur in the room, It was to hot in the room. It was not possible to adjust the temperature of the heating sytem or to use the aircosystem.

Hotel elegante e confortevole. Colazione eccellente e variegata. Ampia possibilità di parcheggio. Posizione solo lievemente decentrata: il centro città si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in circa dieci minuti. Staff cortese, disponibile ed efficiente.

very large room, nicely furnished (style a little bit oldish but very nice and pleasant), well equipped, comfortable, no noise. No breakfast this time, but we had it in a previous occasion and we have a good memory of it. Ten to 15 min walking from the railway station, 15 to 20 min walking to the city center (10 min by car or taxi). A beautiful park on the back of the hotel. Very, very good value for money.

Beautiful hotel with old classic charm, plush sofas and old paintings. Spotlessly clean and spacious room with beautiful wallpaper and matching furniture. Professional staff. The breakfast was amazing!
Compared to the photos on the website, the room was very dark. Partly due to concrete walls of the building stretching further than the windows (can't explain it better), and partly due to what seems to be a film on the windows that protects the room from too much sun.

Beautiful vintage hotel in a green area of Parma (next to the Parco Ducale), outside of the restricted traffic area but still within walking distance from the city center. Friendly personnel, clean and cool rooms, comfortable beds, large parking area, nice terrace in front of the hotel to have a drink. Very highly recommend this hotel

Great location. Lovely walk through the park to Parma old town. Hotel staff were super helpful. Room was spacious and well equipped.

The location
The room was VERY small. The shower was not clean. No refrigerator. No lights outside of the room. It was dark and hard to find the room.
The picture shows a way much bigger and nicer room.

The hotel is very close to the center. You just take a stroll trough the very nice park and you are in the center. Our room was clean and we had everything we needed. I espetially enjoyed the breakfast, wich was delicious.

The rooms were large and very comfortable. The finishing of the entire hotel was exceptional in that everything was in marble. The breakfast was great and the staff was very kind. Especially kind was Ms. Charlotte Parker. She was just great a true "Star" of the hotel.
Unfortunately one had to walk through a park to reach the center of town but being the summer, the park closed its gates at 8:00 PM making it awkward to get back to the hotel.
