My stay in the London Holiday Inn West was PERFECT.
Exceptionally perfect breakfasts, EXELENT work of all the team during breakfast ( not any kind of food was missing, all tables was clear in a time EVEN WHEN HUGE AMOUNT of peoples go to breakfast at one time ).
Perfect possibility to have a dinner ( prices are very friendly and compatible with restaurants near a hotel ), good possibility to have a pleasant meeting with partners and friends in the evening, having a beer wine of some stronger drink.
And EXEPTIONALY PERFECT help at the Reception desk from Kais and Tomas

I liked breakfast and the hotel is very convenient. Tube station is very close and there are two supermarkets in walking distance of the hotel.

The breakfast selection was good in a nice space as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Warner, who went out of his wah to help.

Room was good and good gym
Room was fine,view out of window could of been better.. Aircon wasn't good, set to a high temperature and wasn't able to adjust it, to hot at night time.. asked for it to be looked at, and was told the system is set to a one all temperature! So that wasn't good, was offered a fan, it was OK whilst in the room but was full of dust!!

Salimos pronto, pedimos el día anterior desayuno para llevar, sin embargo, se habían olvidado. El recepcionista de turno nos dio lo que había encontrado en la cocina.

El desayuno buffet, la limpieza de la habitación, la ubicación, muy cerca de la parada de Metro North Acton en el Circle Line. La wifi funcionaba muy bien.
El lavabo y el WC estaban algo viejos, pero tampoco me pareció muy importante.

Location and underground
The bin in the toilet was full of waste when we checked in.
Next morning had a knock on door at 9:30 by staff to check what time will we check out, completely shocked by this question.
Breakfast was not worth.

The cleanness of the bedroom and the bathroom is not up to the standards.

Clean and comfortable, where able to leave luggage for free in a secure place at the hotel, so we could enjoy our last few hours in London before catching out 7.30pm train.
Some guest were inconsiderate when walking the corridors in the early morning.

Actually quite close to the tube. However the area is still undergoing development/construction.
I was issued a fine for the parking (this costs extra). After calling the reception desk this was dealt with quickly. Otherwise no issues.

Die gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn und an die Buslinien.
Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Frühstücksraum war überfüllt, wir mussten in der Lobby essen. Das Personal kam kaum noch nach, Tassen, Gläser etc. nachzuliefern.

Everything was immaculate and it was close to the underground station. No complaints!

Very close to the station. Rooms were very comfortable and size was great compared to other London hotels. Staff was so amazing and kind. Specially miss Sanam from the reception and all other members of the staff from the restaurant as they helped me because of my sick partner.
The only downside was that there was no soap or other hygiene stuff in the room but housekeeping was really friendly and helpful about this when I asked.

The hotel location is good, close to metro station Acton North.
Several attempts by people trying to open my room overnight. The Rooms are partitioned with wood or gypsum which make them very noisy.
There was a false fire alarm in the middle of night while we were sleeping causing panic.

Breakfast is cold, even the plates are cold. Refill is slow.

The breakfast was nice and staffs are helpful!
The room was old and small. It doesn’t have sound proof so when someone walks by our door, it sounds like someone is trying to come in.

Nice room and with comfortable beds.
The hotel is a bit to far from downtown area of central London, so I think the price for the room was a bit to high.
